Our home was built in 1905 with additions in 1996. The Guesthouse was designed as a true ‘in-law’ suite and was constructed in 2010. We're in the historic downtown Toccoa neighborhood where folks still sit on their front porches and greet others as they amble by on the sidewalks. You are welcome to use the rear porch and breezeway during your visit with us. You’ll find the property convenient, safe, quiet & private with the advertised essential amenities available to make your visit pleasurable

You’ll find us tucked away just outside the quaint little town of Six Mile, 10 miles north of Clemson University and in close proximity to 3 of the upstate's favorite lakes: Lake Keowee, Lake Jocassee and Lake Hartwell. Here you’ll enjoy the serenity of country life without feeling “too far out" or away from all the upstate has to offer.

We are an easy 15 minute drive to Clemson, less than 5 miles to SWU, 7 miles to Duke Energy. Smart location for the mountains & lakes, visiting colleges, and graduation. Tiger tailgate space available for an additional fee. Hikes, waterfalls, 12 Mile river & Lake Hartwell are nearby. Friendly dogs are fenced or in our home. The Guest House By The River

Our Guest House is a quaint little place perfect for couples getaway. It is located on Chauga River, with a great swimming hole and beach. Perfect location if you are interested in River rafting (Chattooga River rafting is near by). If you enjoy hiking, fishing or just enjoying outdoors this is the place for you. Guest House is located to the right of the main house, but it is private. We would love to have you!! Close to Clemson, Cashiers, Highlands, Chattooga Belle Farms.
