The 16% tax for Town of Mammoth is already included in pricing, not added “fee” at time of “reservation request” like other host! You can be on top of “Mammoth Mountain” and ski back to our garage door if there is snow on the road. I am amazed how many people that frequent "Mammoth Lakes" never knew that places like ours existed until they stayed at our place. During the summer we have arguably the best pool in all of "Mammoth" with incredible views of the mountains and a relaxing sun deck!!!

It is a 15 minute drive straight to Mammoth Mountain Main Lodge on Minaret Road. Vons grocery store, Snowcreek Athletic Club, shopping and dining are all about 5 minutes away. Wonderful 1 bedroom 2 full bathroom lofted unit has been recently updated. The space is open and decorated in a fun and funky way yet still has a bit of a rustic feel. It is a 2nd level unit with no one above you and steps away from the pool (closes in the fall) and the hot tub. Parking is so easy, directly in front of the unit with 2 spaces available.
