All four bedrooms have 50" HDTV's and there is a 70" monster screen in the living room so if you want to stay inside and watch the game (DirectTV/NFL Sunday Ticket!) or get caught up on work (satellite internet), you're covered. In addition to having all the major pay-for movie channels like HBO and Showtime, we also have a great DVD library for the film buffs out there. Hanging out by the fire pit is a great way to cap off a day and don't forget to break out the s'mores. The house is outfitted with high end appliances across the board and even seasoned chefs will find themselves well equipped in our kitchen or at the helm of our state of the art grill. The home is filled with lots of interesting original artwork and the grounds surrounding are serene and picturesque. Located less than 30 minutes to downtown Austin, you get the best of both worlds. Lots of indoor and outdoor entertainment for the entire family! The theater room is great for movie night, karaoke and gaming! Our spacious home has a movie theater room with 120-inch projector screen, Xbox Series S, PlayStation 5, Karaoke and Dolby Atmos surround sound. Outside has a wood firepit and propane firepit, and a Heated in-ground pool! The pool is 20x10 and 5 ft deep. Fencing surrounds the pool for safety. We provide plenty of seating to accommodate a large group.

Brand new home! If you're looking for a peaceful retreat or a place to entertain family and friends, this home is a hidden gem. Great indoor and outdoor dining with a large kitchen filled with anything a chef desires. At the outdoor covered patio you will enjoy the separate seating areas to have have your morning coffee or afternoon cocktail.
