Our large deck overlooks a mature garden stretching to walking tracks around the lake edge, across the water from award winning Lake House; the Central Springs area and Boathouse Cafe just a few meters away.

The location is right on Daylesford lake Our family has owned this property since the late 1960’s. Originally it was a humble miners cottage. My wife, Rosemary and I renovated the house in 2012 and tried to preserve the original charm and character

Set well back off the street, Headland is only one private little cottage, on its own, flanked with large lawn, garden and a couple of cute garden sheds. Circa 1860, Headland is one of Daylesford's originals--oozing authentic appeal, cosy and calming. We are located in town, a short distance from Victoria Park and just a few minutes walk to beautiful Lake Daylesford, a good stroll in to the centre for shopping and food. The barn is positioned back on the property overlooking trees giving it a wonderful secluded feel. Please be aware that Foletti's Barn is not set up or safe for children or infants.
