This newly renovated 4th generation family farmhouse sitting on 13 acres is centrally located in Russell Springs, just minutes from Lake Cumberland. We are just off the Cumberland Parkway (a short and easy drive to both Columbia and Somerset), close to Russell County Hospital, and within a mile to most fast-food chains, restaurants, gas, and grocery. Our goal is to make your stay as enjoyable as possible while visiting the Lake Cumberland area. We do ask that there be no smoking in the home.

This cozy a-frame is located in the lakeside neighborhood of Echo Point, on Cumberland’s South Fork. Swim or fish off the dock, bring a paddle board, or drop a boat in at the nearby ramp. Relax on the deck with rock wall views and towering trees. Perfect for a couple or a small family get away. Walk to water/dock via a rustic path and stairs (it’s a steep climb!) *Not ideal for people with mobility constraints.* Stores & restaurants are 15 min drive. Dogs (2 max) welcome for add'l fee.

Within 20 minute drive Grider Hill Marina and 1/2 hour drive to Dale Hollow Lake. Fire pit and outdoor gas grill supplied. We are on central time zone check in time is 4:00 PM and checkout is 11:00 AM We are pet friendly however there is a fee of $50 with a 2 pet limit.
