Fish the gold medal water, that are only 100' away. You're just minutes from Turquoise and Twin Lakes, where you can fish, boat, or enjoy all the water sporting activities the lakes have to offer. If you're a hunter, you're in the prime location. Skiing!!! But if you want to relax and enjoy the scenery, you couldn't have picked a better place!

Our cozy space is equipped with all you could need for a short or long stay (including laundry). We are a 5 minute walk to Historic Harrison Ave and restaurants, 1 block from the Mineral Belt Trail, 24 mins to Copper Mountain, 10 to Ski Cooper, 30 to Frisco, 45 to Vail! Beautiful views of Mt. A secluded cabin in a high alpine environment at 11,700 feet! Truly off-grid, without electricity, running water, NO WiFi. Beautifully furnished with fabulous furniture and wonderful beds to sleep 8. Just bring a sleeping bag & pillow case! WINTER ACCESS: By ski/skin, snowshoe or snowmobile only. 2 miles and 1000 foot gain to cabin. Takes approximately 3 hours on rolling and steep terrain. SUMMER ACCESS: By high-clearance, 4x4 vehicle and requires low gears (rental SUV not recommended).

Gorgeous locked off unit with PRIVATE entrance and street parking in front. 1 bedroom, bathroom and living/dining area. Jetted tub, high end bedding, eclectic decor. Microwave, small fridge with freezer and coffee pot. Ideal if you enjoy dining out. There is no kitchen (No cooking or washing dishes, yay) Connected to a large family home but is separate from the household. 2 blocks to Main Street & 7 mi to Cooper. No children under 12 please. *December-April: access via 4.4 mile snowmobile, ski, or snowshoe trek on public groomed snow trail* Secluded backcountry yurt on an old turquoise mining claim surrounded by the National Forest. Mountain biking and backcountry skiing out the door; close to downtown Leadville and trailheads for Colorado’s tallest peaks. The yurt is the perfect place to spend quality time with family, have a backcountry hut trip with friends, or get a good night’s rest before your mountain adventures.

Our cabin is one of a kind. Isolated with easy access, it is located outside Leadville-10,200 feet, between the Sawatch and Mosquito ranges, with stunning views of both. Licensed through the Land County Land Use License #2025-P12, allowing 4 guests only. Please DO NOT bring additional guests. No cleaning fee. Winter guests: Easy access to town. The county plows the road, still we recommend AWD or 4WD for all winter travel. Please read “other things to note” before booking.
