The house has stairs including a tight, narrow spiral staircase to the basement. It has an open-floor plan upstairs with a king bed & a full bathroom. There are bunks beds in the basement along with only one TV. This home is ideal for people looking to unplug & unwind. It also has a wrap around deck with a BBQ & parking for a truck & trailer onsite.

Three Eagle Nest is a spacious home located in a quiet cul-de-sac of the tiny mountain town of Lake City, Colorado. It has expansive views of the surrounding mountains and the Lake City valley. This 4-bedroom/3-bath home (and additional sleeping area) has a fully appointed kitchen (stainless steel), a jet tub, games room with pool table; grilling deck accessed via the kitchen; and a larger deck facing the mountains! It's the perfect place to chill out after a fun day in the mountains! .

The Gowdy Suite 1 is located on the ground level with private entrance and screened porch. The bedroom consists of a king size bed and 32 inch TV, the kitchen has all standard necessities and then some, the living area has a couch a chair recliner and a 42 inch TV. The bathroom has a shower and blow dryer and extra towels. OHVs are only allowed to travel on Hwy 149 from June 13th until September 30th

The cabin is located in Lake City directly across from the visitor center, movie theater, and post office. It was built in 2019. The cabin is 420 sq ft and includes a bathroom with large shower, a kitchen, a laundry room, two private decks, private little yard with fire pit, and parking. It is a studio type set up. It is attached but separate to a larger 1900 sq ft cabin that is also for rent.
