Wunderbare Unterkunft im Hinterland von Nizza! Perfekt als startpunkt für Radtouren :) Das Appartment ist perfekt für 4-5 Leute geeignet und sehr ruhig gelegen. Die Küche hat alles was man braucht und alles war sehr sauber Catherine war eine extrem freundliche und hilfsbereite Gastgeberin! Danke für den angenehmen Aufenthalt!

Erwin et Liliane ont été extrêmement accueillant, gentil Je me suis fié aux autres commentaires et j ai eu raison, ils ont prit soins de nous toute la semaine. Nous ne pouvions pas penser à aussi bien, un accueil AirBnb comme il est difficile de trouver aujourd’hui Une vue incroyable sur les montagnes et la mer, Je recommande bien sûr à tout le monde. Enrico und seine Frau sind freundliche, herzliche und offene Gastgeber. Die Kommunikation war super, die zwei sind sehr hilfsbereit und bei Fragen immer erreichbar. Gerne komme ich wieder vorbei, wenn ich in der Gegend bin.

Gilles is an easy contender for the kindest man in France. Let alone his hospitable acceptance and overall welcoming spirit. The peace and views of his home are very healing and much needed time to feel immersed in the landscape of the surrounding mountains. Siamo stati in quattro un weekend lungo di inizio novembre, la casa corrisponde alla descrizione, molto pratico avere due bagni. L'arredamento interno è semplice ma funzionale, il terrazzino è un plus, abbiamo fatto colazione al sole. Posizione tranquilla e a distanza di camminata si raggiungono spiagge, ristoranti e supermercato. Abbiamo usato il riscaldamento di sera vista la stagione e l'alloggio si è scaldato molto velocemente. Il parcheggio non è stato troppo problematico dato il periodo fuori stagione. Host molto reattivo e disponibile.

Gemma und Federico sind unglaubliche Herzmenschen und haben uns wärmstens empfangen. Das Apartment ist großzügig und in Teilen neu renoviert. Die beiden sind sehr bemüht, den Aufenthalt so angenehm wie möglich zu machen. Die Lage des Hauses ist unweit vom Strand, Restaurants sind fußläufig zu erreichen. Wir hatten eine tolle Zeit, danke!

Posizione tranquilla ma non isolata, pace e tranquillità, clima mite anche a Capodanno. Casa accogliente non manca nulla, giardinetto recintato e terrazza con vista. Passeggiate a piedi direttamente partendo da casa. Host cordialissimi e disponibili. Torneremo!🤩

Paola è’ veramente gentile e disponibile. Abbiamo avuto un’accoglienza perfetta, la casa di campagna è’ accogliente e particolare con oggetti vintage e ricercati ma autentici. Diciamo una casa con del vissuto. Noi eravamo in 4 amici e ci siamo sentiti come a casa, con due camere da letto e due bagni. Alla sera si accendeva il camino per scaldarci e per creare una bella atmosfera. Alla mattina abbiamo chiesto a Paola di prepararci la colazione ed è’ stata davvero ottima, con prodotti freschi della sua tenuta, crostata con marmellata fatta in casa, latte appena munto, yogurt, uova fresche, formaggi ecc. Tutto preparato con amore. Un luogo davvero speciale e tranquillo. Lontani dalla vita frenetica. Speriamo di tornarci presto!

Florence nous a vraiment bien accueillie, étant très serviable et prévenante avec toutes les explications ( et il y a beaucoup de papiers d'infos sur les environs) : maison très bien décorée et propre, avec tout le confort souhaité, dans un environnement verdoyant et une belle vue sur Monaco et la Méditerranée... Elle est bien située et proche de la route de la moyenne corniche qui facilite les déplacements. Il y a De nombreuses chose à faire et à voir... Nous avions eu en amont aussi, toutes les infos souhaités pour notre arrivée par Maurizio avec grande gentillesse. Merci à vous deux pour avoir tout fait pour que nos vacances soient réussies ! The apartment of Andrea is in a old building. The furniture is old too but everything is functional and clean. The neighborhood is quiet, the terrace is big with a nice view. We enjoyed our stay there. For the price it was OK.

Wir hatten einen wunderschönen Aufenthalt bei Gabriela und Werner, haben uns wie zuhause gefühlt! Alles war super eingerichtet, gut ausgestattet, sehr sauber und hochwertig. Die Lage und die Aussicht sind atemberaubend, die Anlage selbst ist traumhaft. Vor allem die wunderbaren Gastgeber, ihr Gastfreundschaft und Bereitschaft, unseren Urlaub zu einem echten Erlebnis zu machen, sind hervorzuheben. Sehr positiv zu erwähnen ist der sehr gut sortierte Hofladen mit moderaten Preisen. Alles in allem ein toller Urlaub - vielen Dank, wir kommen gerne wieder! Volker und Anne

Apres un acceuil chaleureux,nous avons pris possession du gite simplement décoré . Le seul bemol c'est le manque de stationnement.

Wir haben eine phantastische Familienzeit in dieser wunderschönen Unterkunft genossen 🤩 Wir wurden herzlich von Giorgia empfangen und konnten uns jederzeit an sie wenden. Die Kommunikation war tadellos und immer äußerst freundlich. Wir konnten das gesamte Gelände inklusive Pool nutzen und hatten auch im Haus alles, was wir brauchten. Das kleine Städtchen Imperia ist immer einen Ausflug wert und wir konnten in kurzer Zeit einige weitere nette Ausflugsziele erreichen. Wir waren zum Beispiel innerhalb einer Stunde sowohl im Kletterparadies Finale, wie auch in Nizza ☺️ Wir haben uns eine leckere Erinnerung an diesen tollen Ort in Form von köstlichem Olivenöl aus dem umgebenden Olivenhain mit nach Hause genommen 🫒 Vielen Dank für alles! 🥰

Très beau logement un cadre bucolique à vous en couper le souffle en se levant le matin on aperçoit la mer dans le fond du paysage et en premier plan Dolceaqua très très paisible mas un bruit pas de voisins pas de vis a vis les oiseaux qui chantent dès le matin le + la piscine (même si elle est un peu froide on peut s'y baigner). des hôtes vraiment très accueillant et arrangeant toujours là au besoin si vous avez un souci très réactif et très sympathique je recommande très fortement le logement de Marice pour les gens qui apprécie le calme et qui veulent une "déconnexion totale" magnifique 🤩

Cozy apartment in Cap d’Ail, super close to Monaco and strategic to visit the surroundings. With an amazing view, the apartment has new and modern appliances. Not to be missed!

We spent 6 days in early September at Boris’ villa. It was exactly as described and extremely well located - private but close to the beach. The weather was fabulous. The house has a wonderful vibe and the outdoor patio and balcony off the master bedroom are highlights. It is a short walk down some stairs and then onto the beach and many restaurants, a bakery, a grocery store etc. There was never anyone at the pool and it was very quiet. Would highly recommend Boris’ villa and thank you for being responsive and sharing this great place. Great location for doing day trips to Monaco, Ventimiglia (Italy), Cap Ferrat, Villefranche, Nice. The old village is also a great visit.

alla casa non manca davvero nulla, pulita, essenziale, semplice ma dotata di tutto ciò che serve . il terrazzo fuori con una bella vista. il parcheggio per l'auto è all'interno del cortile, molto comodo. la casa è collegata al paese con una ripida salita ma breve. in 10 minuti si raggiunge il mare da considerare se si hanno problemi motori. ho passato un fine settimana di vero relax dato anche dalla zona veramente silenziosa

Overall had a very great stay at this Airbnb. Everything was very well maintained and I felt right at home. The Apartment ist not in Monaco, but 15meters behind the border to france. This isn't a problem at all for me, it was only noticed when ordering a monaco taxi which wasn't allowed to come to the place, so we had to get a french taxi. Overall recommend 10/10

Casa pulita e ordinata in ogni sua parte. Casa grande come in foto. Noi eravamo in 7 tra cui 3 bambini siamo stati benissimo. Zona tranquillissima. Graziella molto gentile e disponibile sia prima del check in fino alla fine del check out. Molto consigliata!

Ci siamo trovati molto bene. Appartamento immerso nel verde, a 10 min dal mare, recentemente ristrutturato e completo di tutto. La vista dal soggiorno è fantastica. Aria condizionata e riscaldamento. Letti comodi. Proprietari gentili. Consigliato

Appartamento ristrutturato di recente . Ottima posizione per raggiungere il mare e il centro di Ceriale in pochi minuti a piedi . Abbiamo anche usufruito del parcheggio condominiale. Molto apprezzata (e indispensabile) l’aria condizionata. Host disponibile e raggiungibile. Molta elasticità sull’orario dí check-in e check-out.
