We rented the apartment for 3 weeks. the kitchen was great and had everything. Manny is the best host we could hope for. there is a big supermarket and mall with a gym near and the filling was great, thank you Manny.

The place was nice and beautiful. It was a great experience for us to stay in your place although we can hear the noise from the outside. The unit is big, spacious, clean, neat, and comfortable. The kitchen is fully equipped. And last it is ideal for remote worker because of the high speed internet. Thank you for the great unit 💛

Mikheylas airbnb was absolutely beautiful to stay in. I felt right at home. I rented the space for 2 days and ended up extending for 2 more days because I didn't want to leave! I'm so happy that I had the pleasure of staying in this space! I work in the realm of social media so I post a lot and go live often, and the aesthetic of this space fit my vibe perfectly! my boyfriend came up to visit and was so impressed as well - he said this is so YOU! glamorous, simple, yet so elegant and beautiful. one of my favorite features was the mood light next to the vanity! it was so fun to have the lighting be purple and go live for my calls ! adore this space - I also love that there are plants - there is so much love poured into this space and you can feel it the moment you walk in. Mikheylas team was also very helpful, all around ten out of ten - the only thing was I couldn't figure out how to use the washer but besides that it was a perfect stay ! thanks again!

We stayed last year and it was a great place to stay. Now, in our second time, I can say they have maintained the place really well plus the host Maam Sia was very responsive when we requested iron and slippers. We also appreciate the free water bottles and linens that smell good.

Perfect smaller apartment for shorter stays. Hanna Mae is great. Location is great too, walking distance from malls and stores, but for the airport its best to call Grab, its fast cheap and trustful

Our stay at this beautiful home exceeded all expectations. From the moment we arrived, we felt welcomed and completely at ease. The house was spotlessly clean, spacious, and exactly as described—if not better in person. Each room was thoughtfully furnished, with quality linens, comfortable mattresses, and tasteful decor throughout. The kitchen was fully equipped, making it easy to prepare meals. We especially loved the outdoor lounge area—it became our favorite spot for morning coffee. The host was incredibly accommodating and responsive. Communication was smooth from booking to check-out. They even left us local complementary snacks and beverages, which was a thoughtful touch. Lastly, we genuinely felt at home and didn’t want to leave. This is, without a doubt, one of the best Airbnb stays we’ve had. I would 100% stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing getaway with all the comforts of home!

we had a lovely 2 weeks stay, perfect as a base for our family holiday to Cebu. House was perfectly located for us and was clean, modern and made us feel at home. Only minor issue was loss of water for a couple of hours on 2 days, but this was an area issue not specific to the house. Overall we were more than happy with our stay and thank Hiram and his team for accommodating us and enabling our family holiday to be the success it was.

My family of 6 enjoyed staying at Mia & Paul's! The space looks exactly as the photos represent and it was so nice to have 3 bedrooms and 3 full bathrooms. We did not find it walkable to IT Park, it's just a smidge off of the beaten path. But this was not a problem for us at all, as Grab was readily available and came right to the gate of the residence! It was very quiet and a nice respite. If you're staying in Cebu and are looking for a home space versus a hotel, I'd highly recommend Mia & Paul's! It was perfect for our family to be able to spend time together.

The place was immaculate and exactly like the photos. I put in the wrong neighborhood on Grab but found out you can put the address directly to the house which made it much easier to get around. Quiet neighborhood. Located pretty close to everything you may want to do Lapu Lapu. Dana was especially nice, friendly, and courteous during our stay when we had questions. Would recommend.

Eine schöne geräumige Unterkunft, die ihrem Preis gerecht wurde. Eher ruhige Lage der Unterkunft. Die Straße an der die Bali Residence anlehnt, bietet street- good und einige kleine dörfliche Geschäfte. Bis zu den ersten größeren Läden, sowie auch mäßig bis guten stränden und städtisch ähnlichen Gebieten sind es mit dem Grab oder Tricycle weniger Minuten Fahrtzeit. Appartment in einem hygienisch guten Zustand. Kommunikation mit Gastgeberin immer freundlich und zügig.

Janna is a wonderful proactive host who was a delight to deal with. Apartment is lovely and as described. Just be aware that you need Grabs or car to go virtually anywhere. Closest Malls just too far walk easily. Taxis do often wait outside the Security Gatehouse and guards are helpful when Grabs seem elusive on the App. Great stay - lovely place

Its my 2nd stay as i was highly satisfied with my previous stay. Very responsive host. The unit was beautiful with an excellent hot shower , AC works great , Watching Netflix just right in front of the comfy bed was amazingly entertaining.

This was a great stay. We stayed for one night as we were catching a flight the next day, and it had everything we needed. There isn't much to do around, but we enjoyed walking in the neighbourhood, seeing a different side of Cebu and taking the day off to relax and enjoy the space. There is a 7/11 right there, so getting some food or drinks was very convenient. Watching the sunset and city lights from the balcony was amazing. There are also a few restaurants nearby which serve great food. It's close to the airport, I think it took us 17 minutes to get to the airport, so it's a great place to base yourself for an overnight.

It was a wonderful room, and we were able to relax with peace of mind.

One of the best condos to stay at if you are in Cebu. Super comfortable bed. Great Aircon and good internet for Netflix. Very affordable and the host is very nice and fast at communicating. If you are on a budget then this is a hidden gem for you.

I got to enjoy this wonderful place for about 10 days. I can’t brag enough about it. Plenty of security so you always feel safe. Everything I needed could be find inside the small Airbnb. A lot of attention to detail went into making this place perfect. Found a small clothes steamer provided that allowed me to make my clothes wrinkle free. The Kitchenette had everything at your fingertips. A booklet was laminated that answered any questions you had. Spotlessly clean and everything worked! The host always responded very quickly. I will definitely stay again when I stay in CEBU again.
