You will find that this community is a quiet, peaceful, friendly and relaxing place to be with a short drive to the beach on South Padre Island.

The rear side of the home backs up to a nature preserve. There’s a beautiful screened in patio to enjoy the sunrise and watch the birds. The patio has outdoor furniture and a gas grill. There's a fitness center, two heated pools, golf course, tennis court and restaurant in the community. South Padre Island beach is just a short drive away!

A Little Bit of Heaven

Relax with the whole family at this peaceful place to stay. In a golf course community, with 2 community pools and exercise room. Golfing is available at extra fees. 15 minutes from Port Isabel and South Padre Island beaches. The unit includes everything you need for a short vacation or a long stay for Winter Texans. Master suite with queen bed and second bedroom with 2 twin beds, both have separate bathrooms. Comfortable living room with queen size sofa bed. Screened porch, 1 car garage

Bay waterfront home, a peaceful place to relax with family and friends. Our home is a three-bedroom and two and half-bath home. It sleeps up to 8 guests: 2 queen beds, 2 twin bunk beds. Enjoy fishing and bird watching from backyard. Windows with magnificent water view as well as the breathtaking sunrise. Gathering in backyard and enjoying wine and BBQ with family and friends. 3-4 miles from the beach access. Enjoy all exiting places, activities and gourmet food Port Isabel/SPI offers.

Canal front Private Villa, Fishing right off deck

Villa situated waterfront on a deep canal in Port Isabel just off the bridge to South Padre Island. You will enjoy fishing right off the deck and backyard! House has 4 bedrooms, 3 full bathrooms, private boat dock, fully fenced yard, 2 levels of spacious deck, two-car garage, and plenty of space to accommodate up to 15 guests comfortably. Rarely a DEEP boat channel home available for vacation rental, so enjoy fishing, crabbing, paddling right off backyard. Boaters welcome!
