We had a good stay in boutique house. The only thing is there is a stinky smell from one of the room that we don’t know from where it’s coming from. And the pool is kinda cloudy, we felt like it is not clean however the caretaker assures us that they change the water every 3 months. The caretaker is always available which is good and the ambiance is so homey.

Worth it! Place is nice and cozy! Me and my friends loved it here. Very tahimik and presko. Always responsive din ang host. Thank you po Ms.Emma for a hassle-free staycation. Nag enjoy po kami! ❤️

My family enjoyed staying at May’s place. It was peaceful, my kids really enjoyed walking around the community which i appreciate as well. The whole house and what’s inside it were carefully planned and thought of. May had been very accommodating and knew what real customer service is. Overall, it was a great place to stay and the hosts were awesome. Our family will definitely come back. Thank you May!

Very peaceful place, great escape from the city and quite nearby to a few hot spring resorts. The surrounding is definitely a few even when the weather’s not so bright. Staff was very helpful and welcoming. Host was kind enough to share their birthday cake and spread the joy. Could tell the owner definitely spare efforts in building this place. Will definitely come back for a second time if visiting Lipa again :)

We are a frequent visitor of BK, we usually stay in the Lodge or in the open cottages but it’s our first time to stay at Julia’s place. We’ve had a wonderful time here, felt like home. Very private and perfect for family gatherings. my kid really enjoyed the spacious living room. The kitchen is complete with cooking utensils. The bathroom has a hot shower. We will definitely come back and will consider booking Julia’s place again.

the host was very responsive from the start. also, their staff is very very accommodating. everyone is helpful. the resort is legit hot spring bc the water is very warm. it is also very clean.. we even witnessed one of their staff cleaning each pool and draining the waters once done using from the start up until our out. will definitely recommend this! :)

We had fun celebrating my nephews 8th birthday party, there is a mishap with refrigerator but the caretaker quickly resolve it. That is why i still rate it a 5star.

5 Stars! This place was absolutely awesome! Lizzeth was so thoughtful and sweet—she truly made our stay special. We were celebrating my daughter’s 5th birthday, and it couldn’t have been more perfect. The space had such a warm and welcoming vibe, and the caretakers were incredibly friendly and helpful as well. You can really feel the love and care that went into making this a great experience. Highly recommend!

The set-up of the rooms is perfect for our group of families and we were allowed to use all 6 rooms. We enjoyed the hot spring pool very much. 👍

I had such an amazing experience at this private resort! The hosts were incredibly kind and accommodating, even with my last-minute booking just a day before our stay. The transaction was smooth and hassle-free. The place itself was clean, well-maintained, and absolutely beautiful. The rooms were perfectly prepared for us, and the pool was warm and clean. The resort being in a private subdivision added an extra layer of security and peace of mind. Parking was also a breeze, as there was plenty of space to accommodate all our cars. Overall, it was such a great experience that we’re already talking about when we’ll book again. Highly recommended!

Bring your own toiletries when you come over. Also, it would be great if you could let your friends know to avoid playing basketball early in the morning, as it can be a bit noisy and might wake you up. If you can take care of these little things, everything should go smoothly!

Our mini reunion was one for the books primarily because of this Airbnb! Everybody commented on how nice the place is. The accommodation is big enough to fit 17 pax, with each family having their own rooms. The heated pool was the star of the event, and the caretakers were really kind, helpful, and proactive. Just a few comments for improvement. The host is friendly and accommodating however response time could still improve. Place is pet-friendly, but it would have been more nice if there is no pet fee anymore. We also think plates should be included as well, and it was a bit bummer to see the rice pot unwashed and with old rice debris inside. But other than that, we highly recommend the place and would book again in the future :)

10/10 Would book again! Perfect view of the Taal volcano and lake. You really feel you're on vacation when you stay here. Ate Jen, their caretaker, has been so accommodating and helpful. Literally a one call or one text away. If I return to Tagaytay, I will stay with them again!

The place is a quick getaway from Manila. The cabin is spotless, the area is very private and we enjoyed playing with the cats as well as watching the birds roaming the area. Ms. Harvelline was very accommodating with our requests, responsive and was kind enough to assist us with our check out process as we did not bring a private vehicle during the trip. Definitely a highly reccomended listing which I will openly suggest to my friends and family.

Great place, it was just like the photos (maybe even better). The host really preserved the natural feel of the place :)

My family had a great stay at Camp Ula! It was very peaceful, quiet and surrounded by nature. Kuya Bobby, the caretaker, was very accommodating and responsive to our questions and requests. Thank you!

The Green House hosted by Jenn was cozy and nice. it has all space you'll need for a big group or family. all of the rooms are airconditioned, could have been better if the living room downstairs have aircon too! Furnitures and ambiance were nice, wifi is great, but cell signal is a problem on the 2nd floor. Kuya Ronald was responsive and really took care of us. The house was in a quiet neighborhood, so its a good place to relax and bond with family and friends. Jenn also left us some chips as compliments for our stay.

We had an amazing stay, the place is very peaceful and really gives you an opportunity to disconnect and appreciate your surroundings. 🌱 Sadly the hot tub was not usable during our stay. We enjoyed using the sauna and had used it a couple of times 🙂 We'll definitely visit again and I hope the hot tub would be operational by then 🙂
