Amazing country house immersed in the vineyard of Cantina Lapone, viewing Orvieto. Recently restored, over 100 sm, organised on two floors. Ground floor is a single space with a big living room (with fireplace) and a spacious open kitchen. First floor with two bedrooms and two bathrooms: the main bedroom (looking at Orvieto) with a double bed and internal bathroom and a second one with a double bed and a bed sofa. Private garden and parking. Private pool (shared with another 4 guests house).

The rural house was built with ancient stone sourced locally in Umbria and offers a breath taking view overlooking the surrounding valley. The house encompasses a spacious living-room with two antique fire places, two kitchens, a recreation room, five bedrooms & four bathrooms. Outside there is a large swimming pool, dining area, a play house for children, multiple car-parking options and a 2 car fully enclosed garage. There are also a BBQ and a wood fire oven if you wish to cook outside.

Our house is located in the heart of the historic town of Orvieto, at just 5 minutes from the Duomo. A large living area with a fully equipped kitchen is on first floor, on the second floor there are two bedrooms, a bathroom and a small balcony. L'appartamento é due piani sotto la piazza, interamente scavato nel tufo. Con vista sulla valle, é isolato dai rumori della strada, tranquillo, privato e molto accogliente. Le pareti in tufo gli donano un'aria antica, per trasportavi altrove nel tempo. Si raggiunge a piedi, attraverso un ponte pedonale che vi porta direttamente nella piazza dove c'é l'immobile. É perfetto per brevi soggiorni di completo relax, ma con la cucina totalmente attrezzata si sfrutta al massimo.

L'attività agricola consiste nell'allevamento estensivo all'aperto di animali (avicunicoli e maiali) e la vendita diretta di uova, verdure, carni fresche e trasformate.
