It includes living room, kitchen, full bath, upstairs sleeping nook and camping on 20 acres of privacy. Spacious and secure 4 bedroom/3 bath home that has been setup to sleep a large group comfortably. Bring your ATV's as you can ride them from the property directly to the trails, no trailering required! Minutes to Royal Blue and Tackett Creek trail heads and Lake Norris boat ramp. Stop at the gas station to fill up and grab snacks and ice, have breakfast at the Diner, and then head to the trails. After a days ride stop for dinner in town. The Cottage is an adorable tiny house, offering 500 square feet of living space with a kitchenette, a sitting area, and a bathroom with a shower. The queen-size bed is upstairs in the sleeping loft.

The kitchen has a full refrigerator, convection/microwave, two eye burner, coffee pot, toaster. Relax on the couch and watch tv or take a nap in the comfortable queen size bed. If you are working from home there is a desk and of course wfi. Situated on a heavily wooded acre surrounded by birds and wildlife. Take a short hike down the path to Beaver Creek.

Cozy beds will give you the rest you need after a long day in the mountains or on the water! Plus a fenced in front yard for your fur babies so they fill right at home along with you!

Knoxville Little House

The Knoxville Little House is a recently converted 380 square-foot structure. Half of the house contains a kitchen and living space and the other half contains the bedroom and bath/laundry. This cute little house is perfect for a single guest or couple and one child. We are located in a quiet neighborhood with access to I 75 and downtown Knoxville within minutes. Enjoy the many things to see and do in and around Knoxville and then come back and relax in our little dwelling.

Located behind our 1930’s farmhouse, the Gilcrest Cottage is a newly re-designed and renovated space offering privacy and peace to any traveler wanting to explore Knoxville, Powell, or Norris Lake! Perfect for couples or families of four, we would love to host you on our property as you explore East Tennessee! Please note that we do live a farm friendly lifestyle. The cottage is located next to our personal cut flower garden and our 6 chickens free range our two acres.
