Evangeline House! Beautiful. Updated. Close to DT

The Evangeline house is where chic style meets elegant design. Mid-century modern feel with original hardwood floors throughout. Stainless steel appliances and granite counter-tops in the kitchen. Washer dryer included in the unit. This unique home is located 5 minutes off the interstate and 2 minutes from the University of Louisiana on the most quaint street. Family Friendly 3 Bedroom Home with Fenced Yard

Come in and relax in our spacious 3 bedroom two bath home featuring an open floor plan with the Master Bed and ensuite bath split on one side of the house and the other two bedrooms and bathroom on the other side. The Master Bedroom has a King size bed and the other two bedrooms both have queen beds. Each room is equipped with a Samsung Smart TV and the home has high speed internet and Cox cable. The neighborhood is very family friendly. Be sure to listen for the ice cream truck that passes!

Country Cottage

Our cottage is peaceful, comfortable, and conveniently located. The campus of the University of Louisiana at Lafayette is near by and so is Breaux Bridge and Lafayette shopping and restaurants. We live near by and would love to tell you about a variety of places to visit such as the little cafe down town that serves the best fresh fried shrimp poboy served with fresh potato fries and on Saturday provides Cajun music played by local musicians. We love our community and think you will too.

Welcome to Acadiana! This spacious 2 bedroom 2 bathroom historic Home is located in the Freetown neighborhood of Lafayette. Walking distance to many restaurants, bars, entertainment, and is close to several of the main festivals that occur in downtown Lafayette. If you’re visiting for one of those events, you know how crucial private off-street parking is, and you can fit two mid-sized cars in our driveway. Kid Friendly Home Close to Everything!

3 bed/2 bath fully furnished home set in the middle of a very family oriented neighborhood. High Speed Internet and Smart TVs in every bedroom and there is a 75" TV in the living room!! The master bedroom has a king size bed and the guest bedrooms have queen size beds. Located across from the new Southside High School and about 5 minutes away from the Youngsville Sports Complex, Sugar Mill Pond, multiple Grocery Stores, Restaurants, Shops, and more.
