Mary and Teresa's space was a wonderful experience - beautiful, historic home on a beautiful piece of property on the Lake. Mary greeted us and gave us some history which added a personal touch. Very comfortable bed, shower and living room. We were only there for two full days but we took a trip into Jim Thorpe (Mary's suggestion) and it was worth it - happening little town. Not much I can say that hasn't been divulged already in the AirBnb comments - except you will not be disappointed! Also, I'd like to note that my husband and I are avid AirBnBers and find there are two types of hosts that offer their space - those that seem to place profit over people (lacking in connection) and those that seem to like a win-win - Mary and Teresa are definitely the 2nd category! Thank you!

I was looking for some quiet after a stressful few months and something of a view. I love the water so I picked this place and it want a far drive from me. I felt at home and comfortable. The kitchen has everything you could think of which was great because I really wanted to bake for myself and just do a great self care weekend which I did. Me and my pup got to have some alone time and hang by the water across the street at the gated off little beach. Hung out in the hammock and sat on the boat launch. Exactly what I needed. Definitely coming back !

Enjoyed my stay tremendously. It was like having a snug nest in the forest. Yet, you could hop in the car and visit nearby stores and restaurants in minutes. I especially liked the park that was just down the road where I walked my dog every day. All in all a great place.

Great lake view and very peaceful surroundings. The place was as described and overall a nice stay. Slightly awkward that the bathroom didn’t have a ceiling, but not a big deal. Also saw an otter swimming in the lake!

Host was very responsive and proactive. We experienced a brief loss of power and they reached out immediately to check in and make sure our stay was not aversely affected. Nice tranquil setting on a dead end road with very little vehicle traffic.

Johns place was perfect for a little getaway. Our dog loved it as much as we did. We walked around the lake with stunning views (especially around fall season) and the fireplace is great for doing s’mores at night. Dasha was absolutely amazing, friendly and always reachable if anything.

We had a few families go in together on the house. We went tubing at Shawnee and had group dinner at the house. We enjoyed the hot tub and stared at the frozen, snow covered lake. It was a great weekend and a good place to hunker down for the weekend.

House was amazing. Plenty of space for activities and had more than enough room for all of us to sleep.

We had an amazing time with the family at Teresa’s beautiful location. The kids had an amazing time in the home and we were all able to enjoy a wonderful weekend. Teresa was absolutely accomadating and helpful with anything asked. She was quick to answer and helped with any questions we had. I would absolutely recommend this house to anyone with a big family. Kimberly was an excellent host, she is very responsive, her property is clean, beautiful and so relaxing. The amenities were 5 star, plenty to do if the weather isn't great with the game room and board games provided. The views are beautiful, sunsets were magazine worthy and the area was peaceful and exactly what we needed. We 100% plan to return, the stay was wonderful.

The hosts were amazing; very responsive. The home itself was very clean and had everything you could want, including board games for the family. Didn't get a chance to use the hot tub unfortunately, but they had it turned on and ready for our stay. This is a very nice home with great hosts!

We had an excellent time over the weekend! This spot is great for a decent-sized group of people. A lot of space and a lot of places to congregate and enjoy the property. SUPER quick drive to Bushkill Falls if you are interested on hiking (if not you 100% should) The ONLY downside is we had some difficulty getting food delivered to this locatipn (which is totally understandable given the location) so just consider that as you pack! We brought lots of snacks and there is a spacious fridge, oven/stove, grill, and fire pits outside, so you can definitely make do! Would 10000% stay again!

Stunning house and location on Lake Henry. It was so peaceful to wake up to birdsong instead of car horns and sirens! Super comfy living room and well equipped for couples or groups. Great stay

My family and I rented Jonathan's place as a long-term rental during ski season. We wanted to be close to Big Boulder given our involvement in the race program and the place could not have been more conveniently located (it was also great being able to walk to Boulder View Tavern for apres ski!). The unit was just like it was described, and Jonathan was always incredibly responsive if we ever needed anything. This place became our "home away from home" for ski season and we were truly sad to pack up on our last day. Highly recommend both this unit and Jonathan (I believe he has other properties) to anyone considering a stay in the Poconos. Fantastic experience and absolutely wonderful host!!

Communication was excellent, place was clean, well stocked with everything we needed for a short stay. The lake was pretty, the weather was a tad chilly but view of lake was really nice!

Our stay at the apartment was wonderful. The host took care of our comfort. Also, the location itself made us very happy, because from the terrace you can see wonderful views. We will definitely come back here more than once.

We really enjoyed our stay at this comfortable and perfectly located condo with a beautiful lake view. It was very roomy with plenty of space for all guests. Joanne was an excellent communicator, proactively providing all of the information we needed for a smooth checkin and seamless experience. Great place to stay right in this beautiful spa resort - everything you might need is on premises - if your planning a daytime spa get-away, this is the perfect overnight to add - clean, affordable and convenient.

Gerry & Arlene were great hosts! They helped us find a location that fit our needs (walkable to the ski slopes). (We thought we originally booked a place right at Mountain Creek, but it ended up being across the street - so definitely a bit of a walk, but still not too bad.) We were celebrating our son's 13th birthday and the condo was perfect. The location allowed us to snowboard all day, come back to have pizza and birthday cake, then go right back on the slopes until closing. (We also left two pairs of our snowboard boots there...and they were extremely helpful in getting these back to us!)
