Magnificent, modern accommodation located in the historic neighborhood of old Lachine, Montreal. Facing the river (Lac Saint Louis) Everything you need is walking distance : cafes, restaurants, ice cream, etc. Waterfront, cycle path, boat ramp, paddle board rental in front of the apartment. Terrace with a view on the water and amazing sunsets. You'll think you're on the seaside. It's vacation all year round! La campagne près de la ville

Logement idéal pour un couple ou une personne seule. Vous serez logé au sein d’une magnifique maison au bord de la rivière des prairies . Endroit idéal si vous aimez la tranquillité mais également la proximité de tous les services. Vue splendide sur l’île de Montréal, l’été kayak double disponible et l’hiver patinage et pêche sur la glace selon la température. L’Ile de Montréal est à 15 minutes en voiture mais le centre ville est à 50 minutes hors trafic routier. Non fumeur
