Escape to Olympia Lakeside Retreat, a thoughtfully designed 600-sq-ft guest house on the lower level of the main home. Enjoy a cozy living area, well-equipped kitchen, spa-like bath, private patio with hot tub, fire table & S'mores kit, plus shared dock for SUP, kayaking or fishing. The king bed offers restful sleep, sofa suits one adult—or two if cozy. Stairs & ramps lead to the unit, and dock access is via stairs, so not ideal for mobility challenges. Perfect for a romantic or peaceful escape.

When you arrive you will see our Modern Cottage on Hicks Lake with 2 Guest Parking spots. Experience the Kayaks, Paddle Boat, Row Boat, Dock for Fishing(during Season license required) or Sitting with a glass of wine while watching the Geese and Bald Eagles, as well as a Firepit area for evening Smores . With adult and kids kayaks, a rowboat, paddleboat, and canoe we have lots of options to get out and explore the lake. Or take a dip off the private dock when the weather is warm.
