Apartamento en zona peatonal, segundo piso sin ascensor, a unos 50 metros de la playa (1 minuto andando), tranquilo, reformado y con todo cerca. El piso cuenta con dos dormitorios, cocina totalmente equipada con lavadora, salón comedor con balcón y dos baños. Se encuentra en el bonito casco histórico, con parking de pago en la Avenida a 70 metros y otro gratuito a unos 220 metros al final de la playa.

Access is very easy next to the road cv-70, and you can fully disconnect in nature, discover this authentic region, do walks, kayak at the lake, cycle, eat at many local restaurants etc. We have a huge wood pergola, water from citern, solar electricity with 5kw batery, 2 showers.

Lovely little house in old town with a roof terrace and only five minutes’ walk to the beach. Kitchen, bathroom and dining area on the ground floor. Living room, bedroom and loft on the first floor. Both bedroom and living room have small balconies. Small roof terrace with table and chairs. Newly renovated kitchen and bathroom. Very nice area with restaurants by the beach and on the square by the church. Good opportunity to enjoy the beach, beautiful walks and a nice, lively neighbourhood.

Cosy apartment located in the old town of Villajoyosa with two bedrooms with all the facilities, bathroom with shower (and amenities from Zara home) and a fully equipped kitchen. The best of my place is the location, just on the seafront. Apartamento acogedor en el centro de la Vila con dos habitaciones con todas las comodidades, un baño con ducha (y amenities de Zara Home) y una cocina completamente equipada. Lo mejor? Su localización, en primerísima línea de playa.
