La maison se trouve au-dessus du bourg de Villeneuve, dans un quartier très calme, situé à 20 minutes à pieds de la gare. Une voiture est fortement recommandée, nous disposons d'une place de parc. A Villeneuve, les quais, la plage et la réserve naturelle vous permettent de profiter du lac et d'admirer les montagnes. En direction de Montreux le fameux Château de Chillon mérite la visite. Piscine à Villeneuve. Le Montreux Jazz festival a lieu chaque année au début juillet.

The highlight is the terrace with a magnificent view. The table in front of the loft is reserved for you. The shower/WC is small but functional. Kitchen with large gas cooker, oven, dishwasher and cool crockery. Natural materials and beautiful furniture.

Dans le magnifique village de St-Saphorin au coeur de Lavaux patrimoine mondial de l'UNESCO. Deux plages se trouvent à 5 minutes à pied et toutes les beautés de l'arc lémanique sont à portée de main.
