On your private shaded terrace, an outdoor table and furniture w/sink allows you to prepare breakfast or cold bites. Activities? Se pueden hacer paseos maravillosos por el bosque Mediterraneo y encontrar preciosas vistas al valle. Muy cerca de restaurantes, supermercados, y la amplia oferta de ocio, senderismo, golf, playas, montaña y mercadillos típicos zona.

Relájate con toda la familia en un entorno incomparable como es el parque natural del monte Montgó en Denia, con fantásticas vistas entre el mar y la montaña. La casa es un oasis de paz. Denia tiene kilómetros de playas de arena y roca, donde practicar todo tipo de deportes naúticos y desde la casa se pueden hacer excursiones a la montaña. En la casa también hay folletos con todas las actividades deportivas y culturales. Dénia está declarada ciudad creativa de la gastronomía por la Unesco.

Recomendamos disponer de vehículo para desplazarse, incluso acceder al punto de recogida de basura.

Brand new stylish renovated villa in Denia!

Located with the montgó mountain directly behind the house, the house offers a great mix between adventurous hiking/walking paths or mountain biking possibilities or just relax and chill by your private pool with a lot of privacy. Within less then 12 minutes by car/scooter you will be in the city center of Denia which offers great shops/restaurants and many nice bars for fun outside the villa aswell.
