Yvon’s Tropical Villa is centrally located in Grand Anse, Praslin. Just seconds from a minimarket and less than a minute’s walk to a pizzeria, it offers convenience and charm. Grand Anse Beach is less than a minute walk, while the Vallée de Mai is just a five to ten minute drive. The airport is ten minutes away, the gas station is five minutes away, and the bus stop is a one minute walk. The jetty for boat access is also nearby, around ten to fifteen minutes away. We are open to renting the villa to local Seychelles companies and individuals for 3000 Euros per month for short stays or long rentals. Villa Marie-Louise is 50 steps from the beach and from Fond Ferdinand, Praslin's new coco de mer nature reserve. There is a full length veranda with a glorious view of the ocean. The house has 3 bedrooms and a large bathroom/kitchen/living room. The 2000 sq meter garden is fully fenced, with mature trees and flowering plants. Available to Seychellois only.

This one bedroom villa is ideal for honeymooners and couples to relax in absolute privacy right on a secluded white sandy beach with only a few steps from the veranda. Seahorse - Anse La Blague, Praslin

The Seahorse is a charming one-bedroom house designed and built by Raymond Dubuisson, a renowned artist on Praslin Island. It is situated in the most Idyllic area of Praslin. The Seahorse is a beachfront property with spectacular views. It has views of the nearby Ile Malice The Sisters, Coco and Felicité islands. The Villa is in a very tranquil surrounding and the area is renowed for it's snorkeling, large variety of beautiful fishes, dolphins, rays and Hawksbill turtles.

Le Port Guest House (Family)

My place is 2 minutes drive and 24 minutes walk from the harbour for easy island hopping to and from the main island, public transport is easily assessible with the bustops just across the road! The airport is 15 mins by car. There's two grocery stores nearby and there's a coffee shop for your breakfast needs about 6mins walk away. We are literally on a small beach called Anse L'amour which means love beach. You will need transport to see the bigger more popular beaches.

Villa Anse Possession is composed of 2 villas with 2 floors in front of the beach, there are 4 apartments. Is located between the 2 most beautiful beaches on Praslin: Anse Lazio and Cote D'Or. Each apartment is equipped with a King size double bed in the bedroom and 1 single beds in another room with its own bathroom that can be a bedroom or a living room, depending on the number of guests. 2 bathrooms and a fully equipped kitchen. They are available to rent cars .

Maison vue des Iles.

Maison vue des Iles is uniquely situated between Anse la Blague and Pointe la Farine. It is just metres from the ocean and a very pretty little beach. There is no coast road just out of shot on the pictures, no buses rumbling by, just tranquility, the sound of the sea and a newly installed infinity plunge pool to view it from. It is the only property built in recent years in the traditional rustic creole style of architecture - an impressive backdrop for your photos.

The marine park cottage

Situated on the island of Praslin , the villa is located in the secluded bay of anse Possession . 2 big villas overlooking the bay will surely take your breath away . 2km away is the Côte d’Or village with restaurants and supermarket that is 10 mins by car and 30 min walk . Anse lazio , one of the most beautiful beach in the world is just 2 km away . A small shop is reachable 1mins away. Surely the marine park is the place to have the experience of a lifetime .

Our Bungalow is located in La Passe, which is: 0.45km from the Jetty which is 5-7 minutes' walk Not too far from the beach where guests can enjoy sunset depending on the weather forecast 5-10 minutes' walk to the nearest restaurant, shops, takeaways, banks & money changer ATTN: Please be advised there is "Environment Tax" of SCR25 per nights for guest 12 years and above that you have to settle in cash upon arrival at the accommodation.
