Location location location!!! Our Mountain Lodge style townhouse is located on the Animas River next to the River Trail. The heart of downtown is a 5 minute walk. Our 2300 sq ft home was built in 2008. The unit is upstairs and includes an elevator for access at the front door, a garage space with a 220 EV charging station, stairs up to the back of the unit, and on street parking. There are code locks on the doors. The home can sleep up to 6 people with 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms.
