It's the perfect home for any season, come enjoy the garden beds in the summer or snuggle up by the fireplace in the winter. Bonus is that it's only 20min to Purgatory!

Newer modern farmhouse "barndominium". Nested in the trees, this riverfront property is bright, open and private. Located just 10 minutes from downtown Durango where you can enjoy shopping, recreation and an abundance of local restaurants. However, you may find it hard to leave this cozy oasis. ***Please note: the main house on the 3 acre property is currently under construction with an addition. Amy’s Place

Welcome to our beautiful southwestern home with a view of open space and forest. You will be staying on the ground floor of a unique 2 unit home. A long term tenant lives upstairs in a separate apartment with a separate private entrance. Amy and Daniel are available remotely if you need anything during your stay. We are two miles from town, 5 from downtown and 29 miles from Purgatory. It’s the perfect southwest adventure hub!
