Loft apartment in Sagrada Familia

This is a legal tourist flat with license number. It's located next to the Sagrada Familia Cathedral, just one block away! Tourist tax is included, so no extra charges! Combining the old building with a modern loft style my goal is that you feel at a second home. Two large glass doors allow access to the balcony that overlooks inside the residential block, so there is no traffic noise at all. It's important that you know that there is no elevator in the building and you have to go up 4 floors.

Loft de 75 m2 en pleno centro de Barcelona y en finca noble con dos ascensores. Junto a Paseo de Gracia y Plaza de Cataluña. Ático luminoso, tranquilo y completamente equipado con muebles de diseño y todas las comodidades necesarias. Para disfrutar de la ciudad a pie y muy cerca de los principales monumentos. Metro y autobuses a sólo unos metros y con conexión a toda la ciudad. Parada de tren también casi en la esquina. Aparcamiento de pago en la esquina. Apartamento gayfriendly.

Loft avec Terrasse et vue Sagrada Familia 360’

Hello and welcome home! Between Barcelona and now the south of France I leave the care of this magical place to you when I'm not there. A design Atico with a splendid 360º view of the city and the Sagrada familia! With a beautiful tree-lined terrace and a balcony on the opposite side. Crossing apartment on the top floor (8th) overlooking an interior patio on the Terrace side then the street and the roofs on the other. Charming, not overlooked, very sunny, very rare in Barcelona.
