BRAND NEW HOME ON PARKER STRIP EXPERIENCED HOST!!!

We are an experienced host and have another home that we built last year 1 street over and this house will be our 3rd in the Parker area going back 8 years. THIS HOUSE IS AMAZING EVERY INCH OF HOME & EXTERIOR HAS BEEN TAKEN IN TO CONSIDERATION FOR GUEST & OUR FAMILY. Riverfront Parker Home, 3/3 with 2 docks, Views!!!

Beautiful, Large 3 bedroom 3 bath home right on the Riverfront with Private Dock and room for 2 boats. Open living space all on the main floor complete with 2 dining table spaces plus bar. All bedrooms on the 2nd floor- Master Suite with balcony over looking the River ... you can’t beat the Sunsets from this spot Bedroom 2 ... Queen Size Bed Bedroom 3 ... 1 double beds plus two trundle Beds Nice patio spaces with seating areas and BBQ at front and back of house. Lots of ATV parking onsite!

NEW RANCH HOUSE-Private Launch Ramp

Welcome to our beautiful new 2,000 sq ft, 4-bedroom house. Step into a tranquil oasis on this huge 1/2 lot, where you can truly relax and recharge. The home sits at the end of a cul-de-sac with a huge backyard and a 70’ driveway. The gorgeous interiors are designed to make you feel right at home, with a king bed, 2 queen beds, and 2 bunk beds to accommodate all guests. The best part we include access to a private launch ramp and huge grass area to entertain and relax and only 2 mins away.

2 bedroom, 2 bath home located in Hillcrest Bay overlooking Havasu Springs, Lake Havasu and the Bill Williams Refuge. Home has been updated with new paint, new vanities, countertops and updated flooring throughout. It sits directly between Lake Havasu and Parker Arizona, and is 1 mile from the Colorado River and less than a mile from Lake Havasu boat ramp. Centrally located on the Colorado River in Parker AZ, our 3 bedroom, 2 bath custom home with a large patio and deck. 100 yard walk to Road Runner. Exclusive dock space and water access. Gorgeous views with space to have lots of fun! Easy access to water sports, boating, jet skiing, paddle board, golfing, hiking, fishing, hunting, off-road riding, playing at the casino, enjoying company with others, or just sitting by the river enjoying the view and awesome sunsets.

Luxury Waterfront Moovalya Keys LOTS of Parking

This an awesome six bedroom four and a half bath house on the best canal in the Keys, we are on the outside of the gates, so there are no parking restrictions. We are across from Circle K which is convenient for beer, ice, propane, coffee and snacks for the kids. Put your boat in, park the car and just have fun! Your own 50' private dock (Two boat maximum).
