Great place to stay. Very accessible to local grocery stores, great central location and reasonable pricing. Overall highly recommended.

El lugar, es muy comodo y tranquilo, ideal para relajarse, la playa cercana es bonita. Melanie y Alex son muy atentos, nos resolvieron dudas y nos hicieron sentir como en casa, ideal para pasar la tarde relajado, viaje con un Niño y disfrutamos al maximo la piscina. Por la mañana puedes desayunar en la cafeteria cercana y disfrutar de un buen café.

We had a great stay at this beautiful house. The ocean and jungle views are stunning (particularly from the living room and upstairs master suite). The house was easy to find. There’s an attendant at the gate 24/7 and the whole community felt very safe. The house itself was very comfortable and clearly designed with relaxation in mind. The quality furniture and linens, ample towels (tons of clean bath and beach towels in the closet), filtered water dispenser and strong WiFi were all much appreciated. Vicky, the housekeeper, was sweet and welcoming and made us a delicious breakfast on our last day. Chef Carolina also cooked an amazing dinner for our group that we enjoyed while watching the sunset over the ocean and jungle. The location is a short Uber ride up from the Zona Romántica—walkable, though the hill is steep so better to Uber if you have a mixed group. Marianne was a helpful and responsive host. I hope to stay here again next time I’m in PV!

Un Excelente Lugar para hospedarse en Nuevo Vallarta. La casa enorme, cómoda, moderna y funcional. La alberca y el jacuzzi geniales. La temperatura del Jacuzzi te permite disfrutarlo desde las primeras horas del día hasta la noche. El personal del limpieza y mantenimiento excepcional. Restaurantes, plaza, lugares de distracción, aventuras y playas súper cerca. Sin lugar a dudas el mejor lugar para Hospedarse en Nuevo Vallarta.

We had a wonderful stay at David and Claus's place! The home was beautiful, with plenty of common areas to spread out, well-stocked with amenities, comfortable bedrooms, and well-located near lots of delicious restaurants. The hosts were very quick to respond to any question or inquiry and let us store our luggage after checkout. One thing to note for people hoping to work remotely: The internet is very fast and can support multiple video calls, but it works best close to the router. Thank you for hosting us!

Great house! Close to town but far enough away from the hustle and bustle so it felt very quiet and private. It’s also convenient to get into town. The actually house is great, plenty of space, nice views, and the plunge pool is a big plus

The stay couldnt have been more than what I imagined! Great place to stay with a team of staff that was readily available with whatever question or issue I had. The place looks even better than the photos. Comfy feeling the entire stay for even the times when we were too tired for the city it was a perfect nest for the whole family. Would definitely recommend!

Beautiful villa with the most amazing views of the water. If our group didn’t have other activities to do, we easily could have spent all day every day by the pool and enjoying the views of the ocean from the top patio.

We had an absolutely magical stay at this gorgeous villa! Was a perfect fit for four couples, each with own master suite, master bath & private view balcony. This is outdoor living at its finest! Great indoor living room, kitchen and dining room, but we spent our time in outdoor living room taking in that gorgeous view of the ocean, watching whales go by, listening to music and enjoying chefs margaritas and salsa/chips! We stay every year at Villas and this was the best food we had ever had! The presentation was amazing & food was spectacular!! You could tell that the staff took huge pride in this! The staff worked hard to get the pool at the right temperature, get us anything we needed, go above and beyond to help us out, including late checkout, picking us up and taking us to the airport and on and on! The walk is maybe 10 minutes down to the beach. Steep 20 minutes back up. There is a restaurant below where you can pay $10 to sit at chairs on beach, order drinks and eat lunch!

This was a beautiful villa. The owners were such beautiful people. We called it our little oasis, inPuerto Vallarta all the people that were in the area were extremely friendly. I would come back here every year. Absolutely beautiful vacation very clean and extremely quiet Lupita Rafa sister was just a sweetheart

We had an amazing stay at this Airbnb for our bachelorette trip! Our group of 9 loved the house—it was beautiful, spacious, and had stunning views that made our trip even more special. The location was also fantastic—close to so many great spots, including the beach, restaurants, and nightlife. One of the highlights was the incredible food from Vanessa and Carlos—every meal was absolutely delicious! The house is in a hilly area with a lot of stairs, which wasn’t an issue for us but is something to keep in mind. The host was fantastic—super communicative, helpful, and accommodating, making sure we had everything we needed. Overall, a perfect spot for a group getaway. Highly recommend!

such a beautiful airbnb - even better than the pictures! the view from the pool / outdoor area is gorgeous. the home is beautifully decorated. kitchen was wonderful. HIGHLY recommend this spot. can't express how much we all loved it. David is awesome!! super responsive and helpful. he made our experience seamless. we were greeted with fresh guacamole and salsa, in addition to the groceries we pre-ordered via david. everything was spotless upon arrival and even cleaned mid-stay with laundry! we split the 3 beds between 6 women and didn't have an issue with space. note that it is up on the hill so it's a bit of a hike up, but ubers are readily available and super cheap. close to many great spots in zona romantica. thank you!!

We recently had the pleasure of staying at this stunning Airbnb and we were not disappointed. From the breathtaking views to the incredibly comfortable beds, everything was perfect. The property was impeccably clean, and its proximity to hidden gem restaurants made dining out a delightful experience. Polo and Alex were exceptional hosts, addressing any issues we had promptly, regardless of the time. Javier's recommendations of a private chef was a highlight of our trip - the culinary experience was phenomenal. While we regret not being able to visit the Chef's Restaurant, Casa 449, it is on our list for when we return and we will be back. The private rooftop pool was unbeatable and provided the serene escape we all needed.

We absolutely loved Rafael's house and would love to come back every year. Our crew of 2 families (4 adults + 4 kids under 4) fit perfect and had ample space, more than we needed. Highlights include: - The pool is large as is the outdoor area surrounding it, and the house is right on the beach. - It's an easy walk into town (either on the beach or on the roads). We rented golf carts as well which helped us go into town easily. - The mezcal bar across the street as well! - Rafael is so friendly and attentive. When we were noticing a lot of ants in certain areas of the house, he took care of it immediately. When we needed a new water jug, he replaced it immediately. - Big living room area for kids to play and large dining room table for big groups. - Incredible beach view and hearing the sound of waves all week was so lovely! Advice: Ask Rafael for contact information for Enrique, who helped us book a chef and cleaner for a few nights while we were there!

Aseem is unbelievably responsive. We had a few small issues that needed addressed (normal when you have a house) and he responded almost immediately. Place is spotless. Pool is great. Easy to host given proximity to Costco. Only thing I would say is if you want a true walkable location to all the typical downtown stuff, you are a little distance away. Highly recommend.

My family and I had a wonderful stay at Alejandro’s place. The location where the house is located was also fantastic, the private complex was so quiet and relaxing and It also has plenty of pools. It was great to be able to walk/run in the mornings within the actual complex. The views from the house are unmatched and the pictures don’t do it justice. We LOVED staying at their house. The private pool was way better than expected, and even though it’s not heated it was still at a super enjoyable temperature. We had a few things come up, but Saamantha was amazing, beyond graceful and very responsive and took care of all the minor things very quickly. We can’t wait to stay at their place again next time we are in town.
