Situata in una zona tranquilla del piccolo borgo de La Caletta di Siniscola, a soli 500 mt. della caratteristica spiaggia di San Giovanni e dal centro del paese, la casa, della superficie totale di circa 120 mq e con ingresso indipendente dall'ampio cortile privato, arredata a nuovo, può ospitare comodamente sette persone. Cortile privato di circa 70 mq attrezzato con doccia, barbecue e arredi per pranzi e cene all'aperto. Deposito per tavole da surf, bici, scooter, moto. Sogg. min. una sett.
