Das 180 m2 große Haus ist zusammen mit dem 900 m2 großen Garten mit Außenpool (beheizt 23 Grad / nutzbar Mai - September) perfekt geeignet für Familientreffen oder gemeisame Aufenthalte mit Freunden. Kyllburg ist ein guter Ausgangspunkt für Radtouren, Wanderungen und Ausflüge nach Trier u. Luxemburg.

Im EG befindet sich die Küche mit Essbereich und Kamin, ein Schlafzimmer und ein großes Badezimmer mit freistehender Badewanne. Das 1. OG besteht aus einem loftartigen Studio mit großer Fensterfront, in dem ein weiteres Doppelbett steht.

Lonely House

Completely renovated former flagman's house situated on the international cycling trail "RAVEL" which leads from Troisvierges (Luxembourg) to Aachen (Germany), 125 km. The railway tracks were demolished and flooded. The house is now situated near a small stream, surrounded bay nature in complete quietness, far from any settlement.
