Comfy Bijou Studio in Trendy East Austin

If you need a quiet get away from the current state of affairs, we have been cleaning our condo with hospital grade cleaners and following the airbnb protocol during the Covid-19 state. This allows us to disinfect everything and clean things under procedure that protects us and our guests. During your time, take in leafy views from a gray sectional sofa on a vintage-style rug. Make home cooked meals in the fully prepared kitchen and have peace from the chaos. Enjoy walks in the eclectic neighborhood and nearby park. Try local restaurants or simply, stay in and relax. This studio holds up to four people and comes with free parking for one vehicle. There is a queen size bed, and the sofa bed sleeps two people. This location is ideal for visiting Austin for events; ACL, SXSW, Formula 1, corporate apartment living. Or simply to come to Austin for exploring and enjoying our city. Guest can use the on-site pool, Reserved Parking, and washer & Dryer. The home is in the heart of East Austin, walking distance to restaurants, coffee shops, markets, and nightlife. Visit Attabar and Lazarus Brewing. It’s a short walk, even shorter drive to downtown, and 2 blocks to the metro. Rent scooters and bikes right outside. Two blocks away is the metro, catch the train up north or next stop over to the convention center.

The Tree Haus

The Tree Haus is 675 sq. ft., near Texas State University on five acres in the beautiful Texas Hill Country. River play and trail access in local area. It is 6 miles from downtown San Marcos and convenient to TSU (about 10 minutes to Bobcat Stadium). The Tree Haus is above my Studio, has two bedrooms, fully equipped kitchen, coffee and tea service as well as a homemade breakfast bread for a fast start in the AM. We do not accept children under 8, non smoking, no pets, clean environment.

Trendy Modern Private Studio

This space is a 200 sq ft studio guest house with no shared walls and private keypad entry. The space has been fully updated and has a modern feel with everything you need. Includes storage, couch, queen bed, bathroom, stove top, fridge, so this can be your home away from home while you're in Austin. Only 20 minutes from downtown, 20 minutes to Circuit of the Americas. Close to all the amenities South Park Meadows has to offer with direct access to the beautiful Mary Moore Searight Park.

Cozy Treehouse overlooking Wimberley Valley

Find a place of peace and calmness here at the Mustard Seed Treehouse. Our cozy house is nestled in trees and built at the top of the hill overlooking the Wimberly Valley. It brings you incredible sunrises to enjoy with your coffee and sunsets to enjoy with a good glass of wine or hot tea. We are just a 5 min walk from the Blanco River and River Road and a 3 min drive to the Wimberley Square. The house is well stocked with your kitchen essentials and bath goodies to soak the day away.

If you are looking for a unique experience outside of Austin, make your way to this vacation rental in Lakeway! This is a luxury tiny home with a well appointed interior, upscale appliances and a wealth of windows to pull the outdoors inside. While the location will feel secluded, this property is just 5 minutes to Briarcliff boat ramp community on Lake Travis. We are just 25 miles from downtown Austin. Two dogs allowed no cats or other animals. Pet fee of $25 non refundable.

Barn Loft Luxury at a Texas Longhorn Ranch

True Texas experience in the barn at a small ranch. See one of the biggest steers in the world at 13.5 long.. Stay in a luxurious loft in the barn constructed with whitewashed shiplap and rustic timbers. Big oversized windows and view the stables and pasture. The oversized cowboy bathtub is a converted water trough. This space features an open floor plan that includes 2 queen plus 1 twin size beds, a kitchenette and entertainment center. Vaulted ceilings make for a cozy stay.

Vacation Station- ideal space for friends/family

Modern artistic stand- alone lodge, in a peaceful wooded setting. Secluded, quiet private grounds and parking. Guests have entire lodge. 3 bedrooms, 2 full baths, great room w /work & sitting area, 8 min. San Marcos- 40min.-Austin, 30 min. Wimberley, 50 min. San Antonio. Perfect get away with friends and family, floating the river, or events at the university. Fantastic kitchen for those who love to cook. No children under 12. We love animals, but NO PETS please.
