Visit Museums from an Arty Apartment in the Design District

LOCATION The apartment is located in the middle of Vienna’s most popular design and fashion district. Nearby are the Museumsquartier, Hofburg, Kunsthistorisches Museum, Natural History Museum, the Ringstrasse with its historical buildings, Viennese coffee houses, bars and a multitude of shops. The city center is within walking distance (20 minutes) or accessible by subway in just a few minutes. • Centrally located in the 7th district of Vienna’s fashion, design and museums quarter • 5 minutes to the subway station: Volkstheater (U3, U2) • 2 stops from there to Stephansplatz, the city center • Ground Floor apartment • Orientated to a quiet inner courtyard APARTMENT The 40 sqm apartment for 2 persons has been newly redesigned and is both very quiet and bright. The apartment is non smoking only, but has a peaceful inner courtyard for sitting (and smoking) outside. Nearby are museums, historical buildings, coffee houses, bars, and a multitude of shops. Walk to the city center in 20 minutes. Tram number 49 is in the same street. It brings you within 2 stations to Underground U2 and U3. Another station of the U3 ist just some minutes away - in the big shopping street mariahilferstrasse.

Das Apartment ist sonnendurchflutet, ruhig, mit hochwertiger baulicher Ausführung, funktionalem Design, netter Atmosphäre und Klimaanlage! Das Apartment befindet sich im 7. Stock. Über eine schmale! Treppe erreichst Du die Dachterrasse mit Blick auf das Rathaus und die Prachtbauten des 1. Bezirkes. Beste Verkehrslage: U-Bahn und Straßenbahn liegen direkt um’s Eck, eine Parkgarage befinden sich im Block nebenan.

Große Zwei-Zimmer-Apartments mit Blick auf den Dom

In der Pension Sacher - Apartments am Stephansplatz hat jedes der drei gemütlichen großen Zwei-Zimmer-Apartments eine persönliche Note. Wir können kein bestimmtes Apartment zusagen. Alle bieten einen beeindruckenden Blick auf den Stephansdom. Diese Apartments sind zwischen 58 m² und 60 m² groß und verfügen über Vorzimmer mit voll eingerichteter Küche, Badezimmer, Sat-TV, Mobiltelefon sowie Klimatisierung. Die Reinigung erfolgt täglich vormittags an Werktagen und ist im Preis inbegriffen.

This newly renovated design apartment with terrace is very centrally located in the 7th district behind the Museumsquartier in the heart of Vienna! You can reach all sights of Vienna in walking distance. The charming side of this part of Vienna called Spittelberg is revealed through the many small cafes, bars, galleries and independent shops. The next metro station „Volkstheater“ three walking minutes. Please note: non-smokers only. No parties!! Pets allowed on request.
