We planned this trip with our college buds and I have come back with a very good experience, and a much higher urge to stay at this place again! This place is surrounded with full greenery and river. Quite place who wants to enjoy nature. We have access to the river which is going via this property. Good place for early morning walk with one side river and other side tea estate.

amazing high-altitude location with stunning views. we saw beautiful sunsets from the backyard, beautiful sunrises from the front veranda, misty weather, and clouds drifting over the vagamon hills. the caretakers were kind and helpful, and the food was decent, though a bit low on salt. they gave us binoculars and we really enjoyed birdwatching and looking at the hills. the night sky looked good on the last night even with clouds and we even spotted some fireflies. there were some insects at night (unsurprising given the rain and the location). didn’t bother us much though, we were actually fascinated by the colourful ones. overall we had a nice relaxing time and would definitely love to visit again :)

This Airbnb was exceptionally clean, with beautifully designed interiors that created a warm and inviting atmosphere. The breathtaking mountain views and stunning waterfalls nearby added to the charm, creating a serene and picturesque retreat. The property also features a dedicated area to play shuttle badminton, adding to the fun and recreation. I had a wonderful one-night stay with family at this property! The place is new, spotlessly clean, and well-maintained. The large room, spacious hall, balcony, and bathrooms made our stay extra comfortable and relaxing. Its location is perfect—right near Kuttikanam town and conveniently situated on the main road. Though it was a short stay, we thoroughly enjoyed it. Highly recommend this property to anyone visiting the area!

I had booked this stay with my family. This place is newly listed in Airbnb and is fabulous. The property is very spacious and has a very good parking space within the premises .More than 2 cars can be easily parked. The kitchen is equipped with all necessary items. The house was kept very clean and the place is very peaceful. Mr Prakash who is the caretaker of the home was very helpful and cooperative. Host was very helpful in providing the check in details on time and other instructions. Our stay was very memorable and I would recommend this stay anyone who loves to stay in the midst of nature.

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at this beautiful property in Kuttikanam! The place was immaculate, well-maintained, and had everything we needed for a comfortable and relaxing getaway. The highlight was definitely the outdoor private pool, it was a major attraction for our group and made our stay even more enjoyable. As a group of 10, we had plenty of space and felt right at home. The caretaker was exceptional, always available, incredibly helpful, and so kind, ensuring we had a hassle-free experience.
