nice place very clean

Have a wonderful stay on the airbnb～thou just one day but tats enough for us, clear instruction given to do self check-in~ There's a stain on the bed sheet, but it doesn't impact much～there's seashore just beside the hotel it's accessible. I like the furniture, it's comfy. Overall is good experiences over here, Will definitely come back again.

really enjoyed my stay here,the house was located at 20th floor with a seaview,i could watch sunrise daily.the amenities provided was as per described,i love every bit of my stay

Nice place and very comfortable.

we love that the house felt really homey. even the neighbour are quite friendly. the location of the house is pretty close to the center of kuantan city. it also close to some famous beaches such as teluk chempedak, pantai pelindung and pantai batu hitam which only took less than 30 minutes drive. i will definately stay here again for my future visit at kuantan.

Exactly like the photos! Seems like everything was brand new. Hope future tenants will keep it that way. And nice quiet neighbourhood. The neighbour was friendly too

everything about this homestay was just home alike.. staying here felt perfectly fine and safe.. definitely prefer for those who’s looking for a comfortable home to stay here with family or friends.. absolutely in love with it🙌🏻

Kawasan yang persekitaran tenang. Dekat dengan pantai. Sentiasa berangin persekitarannya. Dekat dengan kedai runcit & restoran untuk sarapan pagi & makan malam. Kawasan dalam & keliling rumah yang bersih. Keliling tempatnya pun dekat dengan beberapa kawasan pantai2 lain untuk bersiar-siar.

The actual property was exactly as shown in the photos. My kids loved the small water playground! The house is peaceful and conveniently located near the place where we went to watch turtles. One issue was that the rubbish bags outside were disturbed by stray animals, and the next morning, the rubbish was scattered everywhere.

Easily one of the best stays i had in Kuantan, considering the price range. For small/medium family, almost everything was provided. The house was clean. Although it wasn't Squeaky-Clean, per se. But it was properly cleaned for our stay. Although the house has guest before, can still checked-in 1 hour early, which is nice. 1 of the 3 room didn't have AC. but it was not hot. probably due to natural ventilation at the top makes it cool/chill. Everything is labelled. From Switches, directions, manuals, etc. All you need to do is read 'em. Forgot to leave my personal notes in the guestbook. Haiyaaaaa~ A lot of sofa/seats in the living room + dining table. Comfortable for family discussion and sembang-sembang and kudap-kudap time. Can fit 2 cars under the porch. if got more car, there are a lot of spaces in front of the house or nearby for parking spots. My only comment is the water pressure: a bit weak despite having water pump. Definitely will re-book this homestay in future!

Nice place which is close to beach and water activities. The condo has min water park which is nice for kids to swim and have fun . Host is very cooperative and helpful. Will visit again when I come to Kuntan . Thanks again .

Nice environment, tidy house, house owner friendly for help

The host thought of everything we would need. Lots of cutlery, crockery, water filter, toaster, cooker, microwave, bedding, plenty of towels etc. even complimentary tea, coffee, biscuits and shampoo and shower gel. The little touches like flip flops, hats and a beach towel, beach chairs and baskets would have been so useful if you forgot your own. We didn’t need them but they were lovely touches to make it extra special. The air con wasn’t working in the master bedroom, which they fixed promptly. Only other thing that would have been useful was a hoover so we could tidy up crumbs from children eating toast. I’m sure if we had asked they would have provided through as they were so helpful. There’s slight lack of pool loungers so if this is a priority then go down early (but this has nothing to do with the apartment, but just a side note) The best apartment we have stayed in so far on our travels. Will definitely book again. Very clean, very spacious and very peaceful.

Had a great stay at this place! The sea view was amazing , perfect for relaxing. Super easy to get to and close to everything I needed. The facilities were great too, everything was clean and well taken care of. Would definitely come back again.

The hosts is very friendly, responsive and responsible. Always inform you before and after your stay. The best place to stay and chill in Kuantan. Overall, i recommend this to everyone else

Wij verbleven er 3 nachten met een gezin met 3 tieners. We genoten van het prachtige zwembad en het strand. Een uitstap naar Kuantan is zeker ook de moeite waard. Mooi centrum met een leuke avondmarkt.

A very nice place to stay for my business travel. Nice amenities. Close to beach. Nearby mini mart, restaurants, coffee shops.
