First floor apartment of traditional Cycladic style with roof garden, in the heart of the settlement of Parikia, for 4-7 guests. Ideally situated, it offers tranquility and relaxation, and convenient central location. In walking distance: all the interesting sight (old market, frankish castle), bakery, shops, the port, the bus station and the taxi stand. The sea is at a few meters distance from the house, and in 2 minutes you can reach the sea-side street, where you can enjoy the sunset view.

Built according to the traditional cycladic architecture and equipped with all modern amenities, the house is ideal for couples and families with one or two children. It is located in Krotiri, a quiet residential area on the outskirts of Parikia, 3km from the town center (vehicle recommended) and just 500m from the magnificent and wind-sheltered beach of Martselo. It is part of the "Exochi Traditional Houses", a complex of four independent and fully equipped houses with spectacular sea views.

Marsha's Beach House

Situated in a private beachfront estate this newly remodelled vacation home is immersed in nature. Surrounded by a large garden with tall trees it offers privacy in a quiet environment . Private access to the beach is only a few steps away. The house can sleep up to 4 people and is fully equipped to offer a relaxing holiday escape. I think it’s my favorite comparing to our first one (Silver) which is right below, maybe because it’s blue! Just a breath away from the beaches of Krios & Marchello, with an amazing view and unique sunsets. The house is located in Krios area which is close to town (Parikia) but far away from the hustle of the town. Here you will find your piece and calmness.

Last but not least, you can even visit three different beaches just by walking a few minutes.
