In walking distance: all the interesting sight (old market, frankish castle), bakery, shops, the port, the bus station and the taxi stand. The sea is at a few meters distance from the house, and in 2 minutes you can reach the sea-side street, where you can enjoy the sunset view.

Surrounded by terrace, at an elevated position which offers sea view, walking distance from the beach and the center of Paroikia. Following the Cycladic tradition, the house has been painted white. Inside however, has decorated in minimal design.

Villa Caterina is one house 50 m2 with spectacular view. It can accommodate 4 to 6 people. Entering by its private entrance to the enormous terrace of the villa that you enjoy your lunch/dinner by watching sunsets and sunrises. Within 3 mins walking, all the vibrant life and the beauty of this village is there for you! The house offers all facilities including a/c, wifi and usually there is parking space nearby , something hard to find in Naousa. There are 2 bathrooms & a fully equipped kitchen!

We are located 1,5km away from old town (about 20 minutes on foot), 1,8km from the port (about 25 minutes on foot) and 5 minutes away from Naxos town by car.
