Ilios Apt old town,roof terrace,balcony,view!

In the medieval city of Rhodes a ‘’cozy nest ‘’perfect for couples in a quiet and sun filled place, just a few meters away from the central port of Rhodes and about 100 m away from the old town’s market place. The maisonette was bought and renovate in 2005 under the provision of archaeological department of Rhodes because of it's historical value. Rebuilt with new modern appliances in the unique traditional style of the area because of the Surrounding by the Byzantine Church of Saint Fanourios ,the Temple of Panagia Bourgou and the Medieval Moat. The maisonette enfolds about 40 sq on two floors,a balcony on the first floor and a 15 sq roof terrace on the top. TV, satellite, DVD player and free WiFi are offered. The ground floor includes kitchen corner full equipped with a small sitting-area , a big wardrobe and the bath room. On the first floor is the bedroom with a romantic balcony . A small wooden stairs leads to the roof terrace where you can enjoy a wonderful view of the old ,the new city of Rhodes and the harbor of the island. Just a few meters away is a place for free parking, a mini market and public playground as well many traditional Greek Taverns and International restaurants, cafes and other entertainment places , museums etc. Also you can go on daily trips to other Dodecanese islands or to one of the beaches on Rhodes island. Traditional home ! Only a min walk from the beach!

The house is located in the heart of Faliraki, one minute walk from the beach. It is situated on a busy bar street in the city centre. Around the house you can find restaurants, minimarkets, sports bars, clubs, shops .As you enter you can find the kitchen which is equipped with most of the appliances you need. There is one bedroom and one common living space which can be turned into a bedroom as well !!!

Porta d’Acandia. Beautiful central house.

“Porta d’Acandia” house is situated beside the gate of Acandia, one of the eleven gates of Rhodes Medieval Town, the spectacular UNESCO World Heritage site, and the Moat Medieval theatre where during the summer time open air concerts are being performed. No car needed - all reachable in walking distance, nearest beach 150m away, museums and restaurants. Perfect for couples. Quiet location.
