Zeer aangename, rustig gelegen locatie met veel privacy - de naam van het appartement en de foto's spreken voor zich. Groot terras dat pal op het zuiden uitkijkt; volledig overdekt dus altijd voldoende schaduw (en droog bij een tropisch buitje). De naastgelegen weg is voor lokaal verkeer en geeft nauwelijks overlast, op een incidenteel rumoerige (vracht)auto na. Wees wel voorbereid op muggen! Ik weet niet of het met het seizoen (januari/februari) of de locatie te maken heeft, maar vooral rond zonsopgang & -ondergang zijn ze zeer actief. Deet, rookspiralen en citroenkaarsen helpen nauwelijks... ik werd een keer of tien per dag gestoken. De klamboe was onmisbaar voor een goede nachtrust.

what a beautiful spot. condo was in a great location with restaurants within walking distance and close to many snorkling sites (island is very small so driving was very quick to all locations) we enjoyed the deck and spent many afternoons in the hammock and reading on the deck... always a nice breeze . we found the mosquitos very hungry in the evenings but repellent and citronella candles helped. would have liked screens on all windows and patio door but ended up closing doors and having to put on air conditioner to prevent mosquitos in house. kitchen was well equipped but could have used a good knife sharpener. we had a few issues with laundry room but quickly addressed by Pierre.. (condo manager) . Pierre was quick to help and always responded to any texts . he addressed issues quickly and efficiently. we loved our time at condo and thank you for sharing your home.

Blue Nest was a wonderful place to stay for our Bonaire vacation! Apartment had everything we needed for a comfortable stay plus chairs, towels, and other helpful items for when we hit the beach. Edite was great at check-in, made food and activity suggestions and was very responsive if we had any questions (BONUS - She and her husband own the small, nearby brewery Sugarthief that has amazing beer and tacos!) There was some construction going on next door, but we were out and about enjoying the island, and it did not disturb our stay at all. The apartment was conveniently located, and the complex was safe and quiet. Would definitely stay at Blue Nest again if we get the chance to return to Bonaire!

This was a great location for us - Just outside the hustle and bustle of downtown, but close to a half dozen water-side restaurants with good food / bars. Very easy to travel North to all the dive / snorkel sites on the west side and very little traffic up there. Also good biking from there. Apartment had everything we needed with nice outdoor screened in patio with Ocean view. All in all a great trip, good location, VERY reasonable priced apartment with easy access to everything. Andrea is also an excellent communicator and host - very responsive.

Really pleasant stay for a week. Kitchen had all the pots and pans needed but no condiments but there is a big store near by.

Great location overlooking the canal! If you're here to dive, Div'Ocean just downstairs is amazing and there's something to be said about walking 30 seconds to get to the dive shop

Absolutely amazing! If i was going to buy a place in the Caribbean this is exactly what I’d be looking for. Kitchen, dinning and living room all outside. It forces you to enjoy the surroundings and be in nature. The outside grounds are amazing and the pool is perfect for an afternoon of relaxing once you get back from all your activities. Just wanted to say thanks to Tanja, you are absolutely a wonderful person and so kind. Hope to be back sometime in the future.

Het verblijf was heerlijk. Hee vriendelijke beheerders! het is een oase van rust vlakbij het centrum en de zee. Het huisje heeft een heerlijke caribische sfeer en het bed slaapt heerlijk! je wordt wakker met gefluit van tropische vogels. echt een aanrader!

Communication was very easy, friendly and quick both with the owner and the property management company. Easy access, no problem with parking. Everybody was very helpful and friendly. Loved the pools, the restaurant. Two important hints to novices at Bonaire: 1/ Rent a 4-wheel drive 2/ Don't forget to take bug repellent! Rest is perfect!

Beautiful quiet condo complex and bottom floor unit. Back porch and ocean views are amazing. Private white sand beach, which is very unique in Bonaire. Snorkeling was wonderful. Excellent location for diving. Highly recommend!

Leanne met us at the taxi from the airport which she had arranged, and showed us the apartment. There are both 220V and 110V outlets which seems odd to mention, but it indicates the extent of thoughtful accommodation that is carried out in so many ways. The kitchen had all the items we needed for meals when we stayed in. The comfy bed and fans made for good sleep without the need for A/C which is available. The relaxed group of houses with a communal pool is just a short walk from the water downtown where we rented our scooter, ate and had coffee. Our second floor apartment looked out on brightly colored birds. We slept well with the exception of New Year's Eve. Not complaining because you simply have to experience the New Year's fireworks to believe it. Leanne assisted us with all requests. Delightful.

De beschrijving van de studio kwam overeen met de werkelijkheid en zeer net. Mooie studio/appartement. Alles voorzien zoals beschreven. Het gebouw bevindt zich in een woongebied, dus veel is er niet echt te zien, maar het is er wel rustig. En ook vrij dicht bij Kralendijk zelf en de winkels. Alhoewel je toch beter gemotoriseerd vervoer voorziet als je ergens naartoe wil en een paar zaken wil meesjouwen. Je zou het met de fiets kunnen, maar dat lijkt ons toch wat gevaarlijk. Maar een mens past zich aan aan de omstandigheden. Maar we hebben zeker genoten van het verblijf in de studio en uiteraard ook Bonaire zelf. Zeker es Sebastians proberen, is maar 400 meter vanaf de studio en probeer op de pier daar een plaatsje te bemachtigen. Maar er zijn nog genoeg aanraders ... Bij aankomst zat er ook een en ander in de koelkast en aangezien het al laat was zeker een leuke attentie.

Die Wohnung war genauso schön und großräumig für 4 Personen, wie beschrieben und abgebildet. Die Ausstattung von Küche, Schnorchelequipment, SUP, Kühlbox war nur noch durch eine kostenlose Zwischenreinigung nach 1Woche zu toppen. Vom Balkon aus hat man einen tollen Blick auf schöne Sonnenuntergänge. Die Kommunikation mit der sympathischen Hausmanagerin war fabelhaft und unkompliziert. Wir haben uns unglaublich wohl gefühlt! Die ruhige und doch zentrale Lage in die Stadt oder zum Sorobon Beach war für uns Surfer traumhaft. Die Tauchschule ist nur um die Ecke und ist von unserer Tochter als prima befunden worden. Eine Strasse weiter ist man gleich zum Schnorcheln am Bachelor beach. Auch der Gran Windsock Ocean Club ist nur wenige Gehminuten entfernt und lädt zum Essen, beachen oder zum Sundowner direkt am Strand ein. Uns hat es an Nichts gefehlt, hatten eine tolle Zeit und können vor allem die Balkon Appartements empfehlen.

Excellente localisation, beaucoup de choses à distance de marche, dont la petite rue principale à 5 minutes à peine. L'appartement est situé directement en face du quai où accostent les bateaux de croisière. Intéressant comme spectacle, mais ça occupe beaucoup d'espace. L'appartement est spacieux et plutôt bien équipé. L'air climatisé dans les deux chambres a été très apprécié. Mariska est un hôte efficace, elle a répondu rapidement à nos demandes (ex: deuxième ensemble de clés, déplacement d'un échafaud installé sans pré-avis devant notre fenêtre, etc..). Petit bémol considérant le prix: le tout aurait besoin d'être rafraîchi (ex: fenêtres peu étanches, pomme de douche instable, draps). Il est utile de savoir que les savons, shampooings, savon pour lessive, lave-vaisselle...ne sont pas fournis. Finalement, il aurait été apprécié d'avoir un peu d'information sur les restaurants, les sites de snorkeling, les différentes activités et excursions.

Superbe appartement avec une vue à couper le souffle. La cuisine était très bien équipée, la literie confortable. L’accès privé à l’océan était un vrai plus. Le service très réactif.. Top !

We had a fantastic time during our stay at the property. Its location was ideal for us, being conveniently close to town and within walking distance of restaurants. The apartment itself was in excellent condition. It's worth noting for future guests that essentials such as paper towels, extra toilet paper, garbage bags, and soap need to be purchased separately. Apart from that, our stay couldn't have been more enjoyable. Dealing with Sunbelt Rentals was a breeze—they promptly and efficiently responded to our inquiries. Overall, the rental experience, along with the stunning views, was absolutely fabulous.

This sweet lil studio was absolutely perfect. It was far enough away from town to be incredibly peaceful but a quick drive to grocery stores, the ferry, and so so many beach and snorkel spots! You’re perfectly positioned to bop over to either side of the island too. The hammock on the patio is divine, the kitchenette is stocked with everything you need, the bed incredibly comfy, and the outdoor picnic table on the side in the shade is great for meals at home. WiFi was solid, plenty of hot water with good shower pressure and it really felt like the hosts thought of everything to make my stay cozy! Jolanda was so incredibly warm and friendly, I absolutely adored her! When ( not if) I return to Bonaire this 100% going to be my spot again!

The host is terrific. I missed several emails he sent prior to my arrival so, at last minute, I contacted him for check-in info and he was super pleasant and friendly and we met on the property. Had a quick tour and moved right in! We saw the owner occasionally during the week and he was always friend but never bothersome. This is a multi-unit property, I think 9 individual apartment buildings (cottages). The studio apartment we rented was clean, large enough for my wife and I for a week. That said, since there is so much to do on Bonaire, we mostly just slept there. Gone all day. The pool was nice with chairs all around. The property is fenced and gated so we felt very relaxed and safe. There were other guests, in other apartments, but the units are spaced out nicely so it was quiet. Oh, and say hello to Cody, the friendly kitty who roams the property! We enjoyed our stay!!

Wonderful hosts that are very responsive and helpful. Nice location, and private. Our primary purpose was scuba diving. The West coast is 1 mile away so it is easy to get to all the dive sites on the West Coast.

Beautiful stay at Merel and Steve’s. The location is very central but it didn’t feel like we were “too close” to the cruise port craziness. Beautiful outside space and hang out areas. Merel was very helpful and always responded quickly to any questions. We did have some problems with one of the showers and even though she said it had been fixed, we could never figure it out (wasn’t worth reaching out a second time). Also there was limited toilet paper and no paper towels - we did not complain and I am sure Merel would have remedied the situation if we had; it just would have been nice to have those things. The hot tub was lovely and a nice way to warm up after a night dive/snorkel. Nice new fridge /freezer and the microwave and coffee pot worked well, although only one socket worked so we had to switch the plugs out to use whatever we wanted. There is an oven but the menu is all in Dutch so we could not figure it out. Overall very happy with our decision to stay! 🥰

Es war ein perfekter Urlaub. Die Unterkunft ist in der Nähe des Flughafens, superpraktisch zu erreichen. Quintin ist ein sehr netter und sympathischer Gastergeber, sehr hilfsbereit, immer erreichbar, antwortete sehr schnell auf unsere Anfragen. Die Unterkunft ist sehr schön - wie auf den Fotos zu sehen. Die Zimmer sind genügend gross, es hat Kleiderschränke, Kommoden - auch im Badezimmer genügend Platz um die Sachen zu verstauen. Die Küche und der Kühlschrank sind sehr geräumig, es hat Spass gemacht zu kochen und war auch sehr praktisch mit den Barhockern für die Zuschauer ;-) Die Terrasse mit der Lounge und dem Esstisch waren auch wunderbar mit der Aussicht und dem Ambiente. Das Highlight für uns war der Whirlpool, welchen wir täglich nach dem Windsurfen genutzt haben, um zu entspannen - richtig herrlich! Ein wunderbarer Urlaub in einer perfekten Location mit einwandfreiem Gastgeber - gerne jederzeit wieder!
