This, very modest little studio apartment, is ideal for single travelers or younger couples who are not looking for luxury and comfort,but rather prioritize a great location and budget travel.The greatest value of this listing is its location.Being able to wake up in the morning and make just a few steps to go for a swim, or to simply enjoy your time on a very nice little terrace while being surrounded by olive and laurel trees is what gives value to this tiny studio.Please read the description!

We offer in addition to the accommodation in two and three beds studio apartments, a beach terrace under natural shade of Kiwi & Grapes and Pomegranate tree. Other facilities-accessories as car park and deck chairs are free. Local knowledge and multilingual skills are provided.

House is situated on the ground floor in a family house in Kotor - Muo. The house is isolated from the car traffic. You will feel here as if you were in unspoiled nature, surrounded by the peace and greenery of fig trees, olives, pomegranates, vines, kiwi trees and flowers, all just 40 meters from the beach. Also, you can enjoy your own barbecue grilling in the garden, enjoying the company of your family and friends. Kotor - Muo is heart of one of the most beautiful bays in the world!

Ancient house overlooking the sea.

The medieval Venetian city in style of late baroque, under protection of UNESCO. Ancient house 18 of a century. The beach "Pirates bar" in 2 min The fantastic view from windows of the house will inspire any romantic nature. The big cozy terrace with palm trees and flowers protected from the sun by a live board from grape leaves will allow to have a rest from the hot midday sun. In the house there are all that is necessary for comfortable rest of the whole family or a campaign of friends

Apartment is located 300 metres from the sea and 1.50 kilometres from our beautiful Old Town. Apartment size 41 m2 with capacity for up to 4 guests. Also, located in new building (finished 2020) with an elevator. If you wish to enjoy privacy and comfort, then our apartment could be an alternative to a traditional hotel.

2 bedroom apartment for 4-5 guests with a garden

Our guest house is situated in a small village Stoliv. You will be comfortably settled in a cozy apartment fully equiped with all the things necessary for comfortable stay. There are 2 bedrooms,a kitchen and a living-room and a bathroom , and nice terrace with sea view. The house is surrouned by the garden where you can enjoy your morning coffee. We have BBQ zone, garden furniture. We provide our guests with free parking place.
