Villa Luna Kotor Montenegro

A rare find right on the beach! Four bedrooms, two full and two half baths, with a stunning rooftop terrace and a gourmet outdoor kitchen. Plenty of parking space directly in front, as well as a private, gated driveway makes this gem even more desirable. The villa is directly on the first line of sea, with a private dock and public beach access. All beaches in Montenegro are public. Blue balcony astonishing panorama seaview flat

Fantastic brand new flat with astonishing panoramic view on Boka Kotorska bay. Apartment is newly equipped with all necessary amenities. It is located in building in quiet part of Kotor called Dobrota. Building is located next to main road so this is ideal position because its great for visiting all parts of Boka Bay. The View - Near the Beach with Stunning Views

The View is a highly modern one bedroom apartment with incredible location andbreathtaking view. If you are lucky enough to book it on time you will be able the enjoy the views of the sea and mountains and be very close to the beach. Elegance and taste are what best describes the interior of this amazing property. In front of the building, there is a basketball field and a children’s playground.Both can be seen from the balcony.

Apartment "Sweet home" 45 sqm with private beach🏅

Sunset 2

Sunset 2 apartment is located 15 minutes walking from old town, 100m from seaside, in quite neighborhood. In front of the house there's a free parking, local bus station, mini market, pharmacy, taxi station and fast food. On the waterfront you can find few good restaurants of Mediterranean cuisine, also few minutes walking from the apartment. We have a big garden, where you can enjoy in quite atmosphere and summer breeze.

Stolywood Apartment

The apartment is located only couple of steps from the sea in the house with a big terrace in front, swimming pool and a spacious garden all around. You can rest in your apartment, on your private balcony with a sea view, or you can enjoy swimming looking at Perast, and two beautiful islands in the Bay. The apartment is fully equipped, located on the second floor and you will have no doubt the best view in the house.

Top floor - beautiful sea view

Relax in the best beachside apartment on the top floor. You'll see beautiful views of the sea and Porto Montenegro. The beach is very close, only 30 meters away. Inside, you'll find a kitchen with everything you need to make meals easily. There's also free parking, and you can walk just 100 meters to find different restaurants. The lively center of Tivat is just a 10-minute walk away, so you can easily go explore.

Seascape apartment

Seafront apartment with direct beach access. Quietest part of famous Dobrota coastline street. Apartment is in private house with separate entrance . House is surrounded with beautiful garden. There is the store next to the apartment with daily fresh vegetables, fruits and pastry. Enjoy late sleeps, quiet nights, amazing sunsets, morning swims and much more.

Waterfront with extraordinary view
