1 KING SIZED SINGLE BED . IT CAN BE SEPARATED INTO TWO SINGLE BEDS ON YOUR REQUEST. ONE BEDROOM. ONE LIVING ROOM, ONE KITCHEN, ONE BATHROOM. Centrally located with easy access to sights and scenes of Kathmandu. 15 minutes drive from the airport, 10 minutes drive to the center of the tourist area. Pashupatinath Temple is just about 5 to 7 minutes away. Boudhanatha stupa is also about a 10 minute drive away. The apartment is very comfortably appointed and has a very warm and pleasant vibe to it.

Maya, Cozy Apartment

Nestled in a cozy part of the heart of Kathmandu, walking distance from Thamel. Maya Cozy apartment is the perfect stay for tourists, remote workers, families, hikers, travelers, and locals. We designed this apartment to be open, with lots of natural light as we both remotely work. The bedroom has simplicity to help give you rest from the busy days of exploration. Triplex in authentic Newari town

A 3 story flat with a fully private kitchen on the ground floor. While guests from the upper apartment pass through the shared lobby next to the kitchen to access their unit, privacy is ensured with curtains that can be drawn as needed. 1st fl, a living area that serves multiple purposes, a cozy space to relax, but also doubles as a practical working area. 2nd fl has a spacious bedroom that is your private oasis, complete with an attached bathroom for ultimate convenience and comfort.

This sunny Penthouse is in Thamel, Kathmandu. 2 Bedrooms, 2 Bathrooms, Full Kitchen, Living Area & 2 Terraces. Close to nightlife, restaurants, pubs/bars, shopping & entertainment. Penthouse studio apartment in local family house

This is a simply furnished top-floor studio apartment w/ a private terrace garden in our 3-storied house. Staying at our place is like living like the locals. We are located in central Kathmandu with easy access to transportation, stores, heritage sites & tourist center Thamel (5 minutes walk). We adopt eco-friendly ways & our place is relatively green and quiet, off the main street. Most houses in the neighborhood are of relatives, making it more local, family-friendly & welcoming.

Cozy private flat in Kathmandu

Guests can have a private space since we are renting out an entire flat. -10 min drive from Tribhuvan International Airport(3.8km) -30 mins walk to Patan Durbar Square(2.3km) -16 mins drive to Pashupatinath Temple(4.2 km) -5 mins walk to the main road for easy transportation -Full of local shops and restaurants within a 500m radius of the place We are also happy to serve you local Nepali food at a minimal price at request. Relaxed Stay at Fully Equipped 2 BR Home, Sanepa

Retreat to a serene and quiet atmosphere while staying at Nepa home. Renovated in 2020; beautifully decorated with traditional Newari bricks, carvings and paintings passed down from old Newari family. Located away from hustle and bustle of busy city life but within walking distance to ambient cafes, restaurants and convenient stores. Fast and reliable WiFi available. Washing machine and fully equipped kitchen available for longer stays.

Khachhen House Maatan

Charming, fully furnished spacious studio in the heart of Patan, 250m from Durbar Square and 100m from the Golden Temple. Queen-sized bed, AC(hot and cold), and 24-hour hot water in an inviting and safe neighborhood. Double-glazed glass ensures a peaceful stay. Perfect for a sun-porched getaway. The rate also includes house keeping twice a week where your bed sheets and towels will be changed once a week.

Flat in beautiful Newari house - Charming!

Enjoy this very comfortable little flat, quietly nested between two quiet courtyards, just off Swotha Square and Patan Durbar sq. right in the heart of the beautiful historical Patan. It is a very romantic cocoon or just a wonderful base to explore the area. Perfect as well for a consulting mission (big desk). It is so lovely to enjoy sitting in the wooden balcony overlooking a typical Newari courtyard
