The apartment is located near the restaurants of Park Bridge restaurant , El Garden, Yerevan SCC, Amusement Park, Tumanyan and Tsitsernakaberd parks, from where is visible panoramas of Yerevan and the Ararat valley. We have a large garden with horses, baby zone, while inside of the villa we have 3 luxury rooms with private bathrooms, 2 other bedrooms with shared bathroom, and 2 large living rooms. Unique villa in Sevan peninsula, in a forest of pine trees. The villa has 1 double and 1 single bed, and one large sofa bed. We have also a ship and a scooter for extra cost, which you can use from our own beach. Cleanliness and high comfort is guaranteed.
