Good place for a large team or family. Clear instructions as the location is not very easy to find.

Very worth it to stay here. close to airport, close to convenience store and restaurant, good environment also. 4 Rooms with spacious space. Got washing machine, dryer, wet and dry kitchen, TV and aircond. A lot of space for parking also. Very-very recommended if staying in KK with large number of family members

We are travelling a big group, compose of 11 adults and 3 children. We were comfortably stayed in Richard house. Very big, clean and spacious. Highly recommended for big group

Easy check in and check out. We appreciate the privacy in the very clean and spacious room, except for the poor soundproofing. However, all the tenants respect each other without creating much noise in the common areas. The facility in the living hall such as TV and induction cooker in the kitchen are available for our use. Also, good and speedy WiFi reception too! We will definitely stay here again in our next trip to KK.
