이 아파트에서의 숙박은 정말 잊을 수 없는 경험이었습니다! 호스트의 따뜻한 환대와 세심한 배려 덕분에 처음부터 끝까지 완벽한 시간이었습니다. 아파트는 사진으로 보는 것보다 훨씬 더 넓고 아름다웠습니다. 깔끔하고 감각적인 인테리어 덕분에 마치 잡지 속에 나오는 공간에 머무는 듯한 느낌을 받았습니다. 모든 가구와 시설이 고급스럽고 실용적이었으며, 침대는 너무나 편안해서 하루의 피로를 완전히 풀 수 있었습니다. 주방은 필요한 조리 도구와 기본적인 재료까지 완벽하게 갖추어져 있어 직접 요리하며 즐거운 시간을 보낼 수 있었습니다. 위치도 매우 훌륭했습니다. 주요 관광지와 맛집들이 가까운 거리에 있어 그랩을타고 이동이 편리했고, 조용한 주변 환경 덕분에 밤에도 푹 쉴 수 있었습니다. 호스트는 응답이 빠르고 친절했으며, 저희가 필요한 모든 것을 미리 준비해 주셨습니다. 체크인과 체크아웃 과정도 매우 간편하고 스트레스 없이 진행되었습니다. 마지막날 공항에 가기위해 나왔을때 배낭을 두고 문이 잠겼을때 주인이 바로와서 문을 열어주어 무사히 귀국할수 있었습니다. 이 아파트는 단순한 숙소를 넘어 여행의 하이라이트였습니다. 다시 머물고 싶은 숙소입니다.

J’ai adoré cet appartement. Tout était parfait literie hyper confortable. La vue du roof top est extraordinaire. La piscine super et assez peu fréquentée. Je reviendrai très certainement.

Very nice unit. Spacious and nicely decorated. Check in was easy. There’s always a person to help with the mechanical parking. Great area, quiet yet close to the city.

We definitely enjoyed our stay. Many good things to share: 1. Very conveniently located, right next to the ferry terminal. 2. The building has a variety of good restaurants, convenient stores, KTV, mani/pedi, spas, travel agencies, etc. 3. The infinity pool was spacious and great for relaxing in the sun while admiring the sea. 4. An ensuite washer and free parking made our stay easy. Not every unit in the building offered them. 5. Loke was very responsive and communicates effectively. Thank you for having us. We would recommend this place to others.

很靠近码头，去跳岛比较方便，楼下就有便利店，风景很不错

The unit is big, cosy and comfortable. The location is good, walking distance to many entries and few minutes drive to the morning market.

Terence is a very kind & helpful host. He is a Very polite & friendly. Especially always provide helpful info to help and concern about guest's benefit. Their house is very clean and comfortable. Surely will stay in again in the future.

Great to stay in this spacious and clean homestay, with attached bathroom to each bedroom. Easy to access and travel around the city as we have a rented vehicle. Host was responsive to any problem arised. Will choose this homestay again the next trip to KK

The private pool was definitely a highlight—our kids spent hours swimming and playing while we relaxed poolside. It made the whole trip feel extra special and private. The villa was spotless, spacious, and perfectly set up for families. We felt right at home with everything we needed, from a well-equipped kitchen to comfortable beds and a safe, peaceful environment. Check-in was super easy, and the host was kind, responsive, and thoughtful throughout our stay. The location was quiet but close enough to restaurants and shops, which made it super convenient for a family trip. This place offered great value and created beautiful memories for us. We spent 10 days at Clidern's condo. The location was very nice, just a bit out of town but still very convenient, with a view of the water from both the living room and master bedroom. It is spacious and feels solid- many condos have thin walls and floors but this one was very quiet. We enjoyed having a large kitchen with island, even though we did not cook very much! There are so many good places to eat, even a small food centre in the parking lot beside the building. If we come back to KK, we will definitely book again.

25.3.18~21 까지 3박4일간 4인가족이 숙소로 이용했습니다~ 쇼파베드까지 침대가 4개라 각자 잘 수 있었고 숙소 내부에 바퀴벌레나 다른 벌레들이 전혀 없었습니다. 에어컨도 시원하게 나와서 편히 쉴 수 있었습니다.

pros: very good location, walking distance (abt 15min) to Gaya street (but the weather is too hot so we still took a grab). also not far from the beach and airport The host was very responsive. The house is large and easy to check in. rooms are clean. good for a group stay. Overall worth the price! cons: It's near the airport, so sometimes the noise of airplanes is annoying. The flow of the shower head is weak...

We all enjoyed our stay at Xuan’s place. Among all the airbnb we chose in Malaysia, it is no doubt the most home like place. It is super clean and has everything we need. The location is great for our last stay in kk as it is super close to shopping centre and the airport.
