Dream house Mirjam smještena je u Perušiću, kraj Gospića, mirnom zaseoku Bukovac Perušićki uz rub padine u idiličnom ruralnom okruženju. Ima prostranu terasu s pogledom na Velebit. Udaljena je od ceste, na osami te je pogodna za uživanje i opuštanje tijekom cijele godine. On the ground floor is an open space with kitchen, dining room and living room. The bedroom and bathroom are separated by a small hallway. The upper floor of the house/attic also has an open space with kitchen, living room and dining room. There are two bedrooms, one of which has a balcony. Upstairs is one bathroom and one toilet. In the garden is a pool with holiday furniture under the pergola, 8 sun loungers, parasols and an outdoor shower. There is a children's playground by the pool.

Our house is located in a nice and quiet street. It is near the old city, local beaches and hotel resort services at the beach all 10-15 min walk away. All other services are close by. Main bus station is 7 min from my house. Free parking space is available in front of house. It is at the end of a dead end street so it is extremely quiet. Our house is suitable for up to 5 people ( 2 double beds, 1 single bed ).
