Benvenuti! "Lake View" is a beautiful and spacious modern one bedroom self-contained guesthouse that I have always dreamt of creating since I first found this wonderful location. My property is situated on the shores of Lake Cartcarrong midway between the Great Ocean Road and the Grampians. I speak Italian and French with an Italian accent! There is one horse and one whippet on the property and numerous species of native wildlife. The accommodation is light, private, spacious and comfortable.

You’ll love my apartment. The neighbourhood and up town location, It's great for couples, solo adventurers, business travellers, and families (with kids). Pick fruit from the garden & with free range eggs and coffee for breakfast to start . It has amazing views of the country side, yet it is nestled in a quiet and secluded spot right in the heart of the city. A short 5 min walk to restaurants, shopping and CBD. Beautiful fixtures, fittings and accessories make this apartment feel like home.

Acacia Park Farm Guest House.

Acacia Park Guest House is a spacious two bedroom farm house where coastal bliss meets rural charm. Set on five and a half acres only five minutes drive from the CBD and seven minutes drive from the Main Beach. Stroll around our large garden and enjoy watching the beautiful wildlife that lives in it, enjoy watching rabbits and birds that call our garden home we also have the occasional Koala call in. We have horses and sheep you can meet under supervision or enjoy watching them graze.

The self-contained cottage is accessed by a private tree-lined entrance and is surrounded by two and a half acres of well-established trees and gardens. You may also be lucky enough to spot our resident Koala in his favorite tree in the garden.

Ella Blue has beautiful 180 degree views over the East Beach. You are so close you could touch it! This beach front property is well suited to a couple or family of four. A large deck spans the upstairs apartment which gives you amazing views and is perfect to enjoy a very relaxing holiday. Our spacious, two-storied apartment is set in beautiful gardens behind our own home. Although near to our home, it is completely self-contained, has its own entrance and guests have complete privacy.
