Great, peaceful location close to the main road where you can find shops and cafes and restaurants. It's about 20 mins walk to the sea. We stayed 4 people and we were happy.

Квартира расположена в хорошем районе, которому есть что предложить: до пляжа всего 5 минут пешком мимо красивого городского парка с детскими площадками, до автобусной остановки 2 минуты, в пешей доступности много ресторанов с разнообразной кухней, но при этом дом расположен на тихой улочке. Сама квартира чистая и светлая, идеально подходит для длительного проживания. Кухня оборудована всем необходимым для приготовления еды, также есть посудомойка и стиральная машинка. Это замечательный вариант для семьи с ребёнком. Останавливались здесь пару раз, не разочарованы!

Le logement correspond tout a fait aux photos et description. Idéal pour un couple, l'endroit est calme et à proximité de plusieurs magasins environ 2min à pied. À 5min à pied de l'arrêt de bus pour aller au centre ville d'Antalya et bien desservi par plusieurs bus. La plage de Konyaalti se trouve à 15min à pied (où se trouve des parties payantes et gratuites), l'eau y est tres chaude pour un mois de septembre. Le logement est frais car il se trouve en ré-de-chaussé à l'intérieur donnant sur un jardin privé, nous n'avions pas besoin de mettre la clim (à l'extérieur il faisait 35-37°) . Possibilité d'utilisé la table et les chaises dans le jardin (espace commun avec d'autres appartement. Nous avons eu des serviettes de douce, l'eau chaude fonctionnait parfaitement. L'hôte à été très réactive et flexible, nous le recommandant fortement. Nous avons passé un agréable séjour dans cet appartement. Nous reviendrons avec plaisir. Merci.

Öncelikle Erkan Bey çok ilgili bir ev sahibi. ne zaman arasak hemen cevapladı gecikme olmadan elinden geleni yaptı. Ev gerçekten çok temizdi. evde herhangi bir koku nem rutubet filan asla yoktu. yatak battaniye ve nevresişm takımları fazla fazla yeterliydi. ev genişliği çok iyiydi mutfak geniş ve güzeldi evin balkonunda oturmak keyifliydi. binadaki komşular bile çok iyiydi. evin konumu mükemmeldi her şey çok yakın elinizin altında semt gerçekten huzurlu ve elit bir yerdi. bina önünde kocaman bir park vardı yürüyüş yapmak dinlenmek için çok ideal bir yerdi. Good location - several grocery stores nearby. Tuesday market was only a 5-minute walk from the apartment and had great food and prices. Apartment was very clean, bright and comfortable. Had everything we needed, and it felt like we were in our own home. Very quiet building, with ample parking. On the 5th floor so appreciated the elevator. Banu is a very friendly, organized, and experienced host. She was quick to respond to our messages, and we appreciated her suggestions for restaurants, etc. Would definitely recommend staying here. This place has exceeded my expectations. We were given room 15 located on the lower floor (around 1m above the ground). The room was actually bigger than appeared on the photos with two double beds. Kitchen, washing machine, fridge, heating — everything was working perfectly. The internet connection was good at around 40mbps. Very clean flat, towels and disposable slippers provided, laundry powder available on request. It is also very close to the sea, supermarkets (101, migros) and several good restaurants. The host was very quick to reply and accommodating. The only downside was that I was not sure how to lock the balcony door. I would definitely recommend if this is within your budget.

Хорошее Жилье, достаточно чисто. Хозяин позволил нам заселиться раньше. Стоит обратить внимание, что в данном комплексе несколько квартир, они все похожи, но немного отличаются. На фото есть духовой шкаф, в квартире куда нас заселили не было. Район тихий и спокойный. До моря легко дойти пешком.

Sezen’s place was very comfortable for my 2 week stay. The directions provided to find and access the apartment were perfect. Everything needed to cook meals was provided. Plenty of hot water. The location was very peaceful and quiet with a number of grocery stores nearby. A little distant from popular attractions but I recommend getting an Antalyakart card and using public transport (metro and bus) if spending any amount of time in Antalya - the traffic congestion is insane. If travelling with children, Aktur Amusement Park is next to Sezen’s neighborhood. Recommended.

Great place in a calm area, and on walking distance to the beach. Kadir is a great host. I would highly recommend this appartment.

Very lovely 2+1 apartment in a green, quiet place, just 5 minuts slow walk from the beach, surrounded by nice cafes, pubs and restaurants for any budget. Satellite TV, fast internet, everything you'd need for comfortable stay, balcony into a green garden. Very nice and very helpful host Osman was always there to help with any questions. I would strongly recommend this place both for solo travellers and families wishing to spend nice holidays at a sea.

Lovely spacious apartment comfortably fitting 9 people. All amenities are in working condition. Very responsive and friendly host. Quiet location, 5 mins walk from the beach, surrounded by restaurants and cafes. Lovely balcony with lots of plants and lots of space up on the roof. On the recommendations side, it would be great to have another set of house keys as at times it was difficult to coordinate among the 9 of us. It would be great if the upstairs bathroom was renovated a bit (e.g. black mould on the silicone could be replaced). All in all, we had a pleasant stay and would consider coming back here. The apartment is located ~7 minutes walk from the sea. There are delicious cafes and cozy coffee shops, shops, pharmacies nearby. It takes about 1.5 hours to walk to the old town, but it is a pleasure to walk: first along the sea, then along the rocks, where there are observation decks. Furkan is a very kind, responsive host. He responds quickly and there were no problems in communication. Minor disadvantages: - there is hot water only in the shower. Since we were there in winter and it was quite cold outside, this is a small minus for us, but this is explained by the fact that this is a southern country; - the rubber band in the washing machine is covered with a small black mold. Overall, I can recommend the apartment for a long term.

Our stay at Vera Suites was outstanding! The location is perfect - the beach is just across the street, and it's a fantastic one, no need to drive elsewhere unless you're looking for something different. The area has plenty of supermarkets, cafes, restaurants, and a lovely promenade. Everything else is easily accessible. The apartment itself exceeded our expectations and looks even better than in the photos. It’s spacious with enough room for everyone. We enjoyed the kitchen and living room area with its stunning sea views. The apartment was very clean, and there is a free cleaning service if you're staying for more than 5 days. The apartment is equipped with everything you could possibly need—bath and beach towels, toiletries, multiple hairdryers, slippers, and more. The kitchen is fully stocked. The staff were incredibly responsive and attentive. Special thanks to Marina, who was there for us the whole time helping us with everything. We highly recommend Vera Suites!
