Luxurious traditional stone house in South Chios

Traditional house in Patrika one of the medieval villages of south chios specialy constructed for the collection of the mastic.Dating back to medieval times, fully renovated in 2018 with respect to the traditional architecture. Special attention was given to the decoration, to the luxury and the comfort. Built in two levels, it contains 2 spacious bedrooms, a kitchen, a bathroom, an attic with double bed, a terrace with view to the sea and the mountains, and a balcony to the village square.

Nestled on a hill planted of olive and wild pistachio-trees, it offers a splendid view to the sea and the Turkish coast (binoculars not to forget) . Quiet but not isolated ( shops and restaurants are 300 m. away). The house is simply decorated but with taste. Karfas is the best spot to visit Chios because of its central localisation.

Can be visited by a bicycle or by a car. Ilıca Beach which has blue flag is also 3 kms far from the house.
