Smještaj se nalazi u selu Pošćenski Kraj, u zoni NP Durmitor koji je na UNESCO Listi. Preciznije, "Koliba" se nalazi u samom podnožju Durmitora- Savinog kuka. Sa druge strane, objekat je veoma dostupan, asfaltnim putem,dolazi se nadomak smještaja. Sami objekat, bio je tradicionalna koliba u kojoj je decenijama unazad porodica domaćina boravila u ljetnjim mjesecima, kada je ujedno služio i za proizvodnju sira i skorupa. Two apartmants are located on the road for the famous ski resort in Kolašin, about 6 km away, and 3 km from the city center. These newly built and luxurious apartments are decorated in a modernstyle, there are large terraces in front of the house and a courtyard with parking space. Each apartment has TV, wi-fi internet, electric cooker, dishwasher. Out of winter season, the mountain provides good facilities for cycling, hiking and horseback riding, rafting on River Tara.
