Rose Villa is vacation rental house, compose of main villa with 2 bedrooms, kitchen and living room and a single bedroom villa. Private pool w/ Fun water Slide, barbecue station and tropical garden with sea & mountain view. situated in a residential area, 50 m far from the sea with a little stone beach. king size beds with quality mattress, sofa beds, tv, desk, wardrobe, safety box, air conditioners and good Wi Fi. The Master Bedroom is huge with on suite Bathroom and a seperate Dressing Room. This Bedroom has direct Beach View and garden and pool access. The other 2 bedrooms are on the top floor each with an own bathroom. One of the bedrooms leads off from a terracem and has Sea Views. The other bedroom has mountain views.

Luxurious villa on the beach

Probably, the most luxurious and best positioned three bed roomed villa situated directly on the famous beach at Siam Royal Bay. Our stunning two storey villa is the perfect place for a relaxing and exclusive holiday. The villa has a large light open plan sitting room, kitchen and dining area with glass folding doors opening onto the beach and three gorgeous en-suite bedrooms.

Beach Front Villa - Villa Ginetta

Stay in our 3 bedroom villa with direct beach access. The house is 120 sqm, built on two floors. The exterior stairway leads to the upper floor with roof terrace, balcony and two bedrooms. Down stairs there is a large living room, fully equipped kitchen and a bedroom with adjoining toilet. 2 Stand up paddle boards are also availible if you want to explore the Chang Noi Bay.
