FIRSTLINE, beachfront villa in a private resort!

The villa is located right on the beach in a peaceful area under amazing pine trees. It is part of a private gated community with 24 hour security and private parking. It is fully furnished and boasts a great private outdoor patio with barbeque and beautiful garden. It has private gazebo and sunbeds on the beach. Perfect for families and couples with bars and restaurants at a walking distance. If you want amazing sunsets and the best beach access on the coast, than this villa is for you.

Hello, I'm Xhoana (Joana) and welcome to our brand new apartment. Xhoanas’ and Dion Apartment is in the touristic neighborhood, Beach's Street. The apartment has a cozy design and is fully equipped with one bedroom, a living room, kitchen, and a balcony with sea view from the 5th floor. The apartment has Air-Conditioned, WiFi, Parking, etc. You find nearby most of Durres restaurants, bars, activities, transportation, and the beach which is a 1 min walk from the apartment.

The apartment is located in city center, between the sea and the historical architecture, a perfect base for exploring the city. Close to most popular shops, bars and restaurants. A short 2 to 3 minute walk from the City Square, Amphitheater and Epidamn Boulevard. Five minutes walk from Vollga Promenade. You can reach the beach for 2 min by car or 10 min by foot. The whole group will enjoy easy access to everything from this centrally located place.
