Modern 1 BR apartment racing to west. Located 100 m from the beach. Facilities and Grannskapet Tambon Kram, Chang Wat Rayong, Thailand. The area is known for one of the best mainland beaches in Thailand. There are several restaurants,bakery, laundry, ice cream parlour and a mini mart in the neighborhood. It is just over three kilometer to a small community with many seafood and western food restaurants and bars. The big city Rayong with several big shopping centers is 40 minutes away

Comfortable quaint beach front condo on 15 floor with amazing sea view and big balcony. The condo is equipped with all amenities for a comfortable life. Private pool and beach. Glass doors to the balcony makes air flow even on the hottest days. During the winter months you'll fall asleep with doors open to the sound of waves. Another plus is that you don't get mosquitos this high up so you can enjoy dinners on the balcony. Good for couples & small families.
